The towering volcano looms before you, as you stare nervously at the stream of lava oozing down the side. You know you should run, but you can't seem to get your feet to move, and you are petrified with fear. The lava trickles closer. It's only 12 yards away. Now it's 10 yards. 7 yards. 5 yards. About eight feet away from you, the lava begins to rise. It forms a massive, fiery griffin. As it cools, the form changes from orange flames to the darkest charcoal, and pearly, white bones emerge from its skin. Tendrils of flame reach your feet and wind up your legs. Every inch of your body is filled with an intense, unbearable pain. You have unleashed the wrath of the volcano goddess.
