A loyal servant of Dr. Sloth, Stompemflat (and never "Stompy", but sometimes "Stumpy") has been given assurances of his regency over the Haunted Woods when Dr. Sloth completes his plan of conquest and turns all of Neopia into a giant Shopping Mall. One week after converting to a mutant, Stompemflat was cursed by a random event to become a baby! Vile SHH!!!
