Description

I was only zapped five times
Lost 3 movement points
Went down to level one (from one)
Lost 2 defense points
went down to level one (again)
and whola! Electric!

Because of my early attachment to my owner, she will not give me up easily. (ie. not up for adoption)
I suppose you could consider me the foster mascott. =)

And as just a side note, my stats (after I stopped going to the lab) were aquirred by seeing Coltzans Shrine (no training school for me!), maybe he can do something for you too!
