Sort of distant, not really social, but not cruel. He tends to stay away from other people because he grew up by himself, but he doesn't really hate anybody. He just hasn't gotten close enough to others to realize they aren't going to hurt him. He's friendly, but timid. He can create static electricity between his class and can control the friction of metal objects moving, allowing him to open and close the metal plates that make up his 'wings', which he can't really even fly with. He uses the friction in the air to lift himself.
