Cyrsei is a charismatic waitress who works at Val's Diner, a restaurant that specializes in cheap yet filling food served in gigantic portions. It is famous for its Seven Mile High Triple Chocolate Fudge Cake, which weighs in at a whopping seven pounds. Few people finish it alone, but those that do get their picture on the wall.

As a waitress working for near minimum wage, Cyrsei relies heavily on tips. To ensure that they are large, she assumes a coquettish yet friendly personality that often gets her in trouble with her boss, a Lupe named Gunther. As long as the customers keep coming back, though, Cyrsei can keep her job.

Outside of work, she still strives to be as tempting as possible, in hopes of discounts or free drinks. She is manipulative and shallow, yet few people notice it next to her luscious lips and feminine charm. However, these character traits mean Cyrsei has few long-term friends without an ulterior motive themselves. The closest relationship she has is with her neighbor, Theodore Su, who is too idiotic to realize she takes advantage of him. To Theodore, Cyrsei is a lighthearted and giggly girl with a charming personality and expensive taste.
