Quote of the Week

His eyes were closed but then one popped open blearily. "Slogmoks aren't meant to do more than ten minutes of physical exercise a day," he said. Then he frowned a little. "Except for eating."

Farewell, Year 13

Words simply can't sum up what this year has been like for both TNT staff and for all Neopians, as the final days of Year 13 fly by and soon after we make a warm hearted welcome for the many future events and personal Neopian goals and resolutions that would be encountered in Year 14. There is much to remember this past year, ranging from the introduction of the 3 Hidden Tower Grimoires...

Fast Cash: Gaming

Whether you use it for two minutes a day or an hour, everyone can take something home daily from the many games available in Neopia – it's a matter of finding the best possible set of games to make you rich quick. Of course, the payouts of Neopia's games change every month... so often great games of the past month fall from their esteemed positions as top earners, and new games...

Gnorbu Shearing with Style

Gnorbus from around Neopia gather together in a great shear-a-thon and rid themselves of their matted and sometimes Blechy-infested fur. A thick fur is essential for Gnorbus during the colder months as they tend to get cold easily and due to their natural lack of agility, they can grow a long, wild mane of fur without a care in the world... until they look like a Walking Carpet. That, my friends, is what you call a grooming emergency and is why the Gnorbu Shearing Day was created...

"A Tale of Two Unis" by cloudpuffpuff
I quietly came to the tree and peeked behind the thick trunk. There I saw a pretty Grey Uni looking at me with maroon eyes. Her black hair was ruffled, and her hooves looked exactly like mine. She stared at me, but did not bow or wave or even speak. I was not used to being treated like this - everyone had always been courteous...

"Quest For a Faerie Paint Brush" by princesslucille1
Janelle came walking into the kitchen with her arms heavy-laden with bags. "Just in time, Jan," Lucille declared. "Set those over there and we'll deal with them after breakfast. Sit yourself down and rest those poor arms! Glimmer, don't forget to feed Snowdrop," Lucille said as she flipped a pancake neatly...

"The Great Escape" by roxy1042
The Kadoatery isn't what you thought it's like. If you're thinking that Kadoaties live in comfort and warmth in this place, you are wrong. For years, Kadoaties of all colors are "dropped off" here while their owners are on "vacation". Once you get here, you never come out. You just spend the rest of your life in a cramped cage waiting desperately...
