 The Fyora Day Wardrobe

Fyora Day - one of my favorite Neopian events. The beautiful Faerie Queen helps Neopians everywhere and it is that time of the year to celebrate her. If you aren't prepared for it yet, first things first: wardrobe! Dressing your Neopet for this special day is crucial. For those without access to the NC Mall, don't fret! This is a guide for you.
Step 1: Clothing
Putting on the right clothes is the first step to creating the perfect Fyora Day outfit. Here are some of my personal favorite choices for outfits worthy of the Queen. Long Orange Dress - This gorgeous dress of regal appearance is perfect for any species to wear. Your Neopet is sure to look stunning! And best of all, the price is definitely right. Average cost: under 1,000 NP Flowing Air Faerie Skirt - If you don't want to go quite as formal, what better choice of a skirt could there be than something modeled after one of the Faeries? This light-as-air skirt is perfectly suited for this day. Average cost: 45,000 NP My Sisters Frilly Skirt - Adorably frilly, this skirt simply has a "Faerie" sort of feel to it, doesn't it? Maybe it is the sparkles that add to that effect. Whatever it is, this is another great choice for the celebration of Fyora Day. Average cost: 7,000 NP Cosmic Space Faerie Leggings - Want to get into the "Faerie spirit" in honor of Fyora Day but aren't so much of a fan of the more feminine choices? The Cosmic Space Faerie Leggings might be the perfect choice then; fabulous in both appearance and for fitting in with the occasion! Average cost: 90,000 NP There are also many species-specific wearables that you can pick out for Neopet that will fit in well. The Bori Flower Girl Dress, Blue Summer Shoyru Dress, Colourful Blumaroo Dancer Dress, Purple Hissi Dress, and Fancy Grarrl Dress are a few examples of the lovely outfits you can find. Do a little searching around if you don't like one of the above choices - you're sure to find the perfect one for your Neopet made just for it's species!
Step 2: Jewelry & Accessories
A little bit of new jewelry or some accessories and trinkets might add the perfect touch to your already lovely outfit. Fyoras Arm Wraps - The most obvious choice, of course. They say that imitation of the best flattery, and these arm wraps are modeled after the Faerie Queen's own! If you don't want to put on a whole new outfit, adding these might be just enough to get into the celebration anyway. Average cost: 82,000 NP Earth Faerie Daisy Ring - This carefully crafted flower crown is a simple but lovely accessory choice. It looks especially beautiful on Woodland Neopets in my opinion. Average cost: 35,000 NP Wings, Wings, & More Wings! One of the best possible accessory choice for this day is, of course, a nice set of wings. The Faerie Queen Wings are a classic choice, but there are many other great ones out there to pick from. The Earth Faerie Wing, Fire Faerie Wings, and Translucent Faerie Wings, for example, are perfect for those looking for the perfect Faerie look. Some of my personal favorites include the Beautiful Glowing Wings, Deep Blue Glazier Wings, and Elegant Vine Ink Wings. Average cost: Varies
Step 3: Makeup
Makeup isn't for every Neopet, I know, for those who like adding a little extra glam to their look, there are plenty of great choices for Fyora Day! Fyoras Eyeshadow - Another obvious, classic choice the occasion. While this eyeshadow is gorgeous, it is rather costly. It might be worth it to get that perfect Fyora look, though. Average cost: 370,000 NP Dark Eyelash Facepaint - At first glance this facepaint might seem too dark for a celebration for the Faerie Queen, but the lovely shade is actually very pretty. It matches well with the above mentioned Fyoras Eyeshadow, too! Average cost: 2,500 NP There are also many other eyeshadow choices modelled after the lovely Faeries. Earth Faerie Eye Shadow, Air Faerie Eye Shadow, Fire Faerie Eye Shadow, Light Faerie Eye Shadow, Dark Faerie Eye Shadow, and Water Faerie Eye Shadow give you a great selection of colors to choose from. Step 4: Background
The final step - and possibly one of the most important - is choosing the right scenery. A well matched background can add the perfect final touch to a well put together outfit. Or, if you are too pressed for time to put an entire outfit together, putting on a new background might be just what you need for a quick, easy wardrobe fix! Altador Cup Background - Faerieland - With the Altador Cup season upon us, lots of Neopets are showing their team spirit with a background supporting their team. The Altador Cup Background - Faerieland is great for showing your support to the Faerieland team as well as your appreciation for the Faerie Queen! Average cost: 200 NP Faerie Caverns Background - The Faerie Caverns is a great place to go for a little adventure, and the chance of finding treasure. It's hard to deny the beauty of this Faerieland attraction. Average cost: 600,000 NP Faerie City Balcony Background - Another set of beautiful Faerie scenery. But what part of Faerieland isn't beautiful, really? The only downside to this gorgeous background is the price. Average cost: 1,800,000 NP Faerieland Cloud Background - If your Neopet has a set of wings ready, they might be up for taking flight to the clouds with this background. Average cost: 27,000 NP There are many other great choices. If you're a bit low on neopoints, the Faerie Painted Background might be a good choice. The Faerieland Gazebo Background, Faerieland Garden Background, Faerieland Background, and Nostalgic Faerieland Background (ah, memories) are a few others you can check out. Just make sure you stay away from the Faerielands Destruction Background today!
