Wonderful Wocky Day!: Top 10 Wocky Items

Another week, and another pet day to celebrate! Wockies are Neopia's wily and adventurous species, always looking to explore and discover new things. They are also a very popular pet amongst Neopians, with their adorable pointed ears and big fluffy tails. And as with all species, there comes a plethora of amazing Wocky themed items for everyone to enjoy! So to celebrate this Wocky Day, we present our top ten Wocky items for you to discover!

1. Chocolate Wocky Paws

One of the first things you will notice about Wockies is how amazingly cute they are! So much fluff, so much luff! A big furry tail and a wonderful fuzzy main, and the rest is a coat of gleaming fur. And on top of all that they have big loving eyes, a little adorable nose, an endearing smile and four paws that one could just wonder at for days on end. How could anyone not want to make a sweet shaped as those wonderful little paws? I think we've made out point: Wockies are wonderful. And cute. Don't forget cute.

2. Wocky Paw Cream

Any Wocky with dry paws would appreciate this cream!

Now as you may have picked up, a Wocky's paws are a very important part of its person. They are one of the only parts of their body which is not covered in fur! And whereas you can brush fur to a shine, nothing needs care like uncovered skin. A Wocky owner must be very wary of any injuries to his or her Wocky's paws, as a little cut can lead to disastrous consequences! Use this wonderful cream on your Wocky's paws twice a day, and they will be supple yet strong, more resistant to injury, less painful for your Wocky to walk on, and last but not least, they will smell like strawberries! (or any other perfume you may prefer. The cream comes in the following flavours: strawberry, grape, olive, artichoke... We do not recommend consumption.)

3. Wicked Wocky Wobble Sandwich

For those of you that are unfamiliar with Wockies, you should be aware that one of their many attributes is their wonderful balance. We are frankly surprised that all Wockies do not walk solely on their hind legs. They could if they wanted to, they're that good! We encourage you to try out the game Wicked Wocky Wobble to see for yourself! Due to their incredible balancing skills, Wockies will generally prefer tall treats such as these. So make sure you have plenty available in your safety deposit box!

4. Wocky Warrior Sword

We've told you how amazingly cute Wockies are. But beware; you must never anger a Wocky, because behind that adorable exterior, there lies a fierce warrior! Most Wockies are at least proficient with a sword. Or at least so we are lead to believe. Why else would TNT have designed so many Wocky swords we wonder? That aside, this is one of the wonderful wearables that you can buy for your Wocky. There are actually plenty of beautiful Wocky specific wearables. So many in fact that other species are jealous! One might actually decide to become a Wocky owner just to be able to use these outfits! (not us, we're just Wocky lovers, we assure you!)

5. Mini Wocky Joke Book

Wockies are cute, and fearsome... But we aren't entirely sure they're really funny. After all, why else would a mini joke book be enough to cover all the Wocky jokes? However few jokes a Wocky might have, the ones that do exist sure are very funny! This tiny little book will crack you up! Where a Wocky lacks in quantity he makes up in quality. Indeed their little hearts are full of love, and you will not be disappointed with the regard that your pet Wocky has for you!

6. Strawberry Wocky Pancakes

What better way to start off Wocky Day than with a giant stack of delicious pancakes? And of course someone has come up with a pile of Wocky shaped pancakes, covered in syrup and fruit! We aren't quite sure if pancakes happen to be a Wocky's favourite food, but after seeing these, we can't see why they wouldn't be! And of course, these aren't just for Wocky Day. Any Wocky enthusiast would surely put in the extra effort for such a scrumptious and decorative breakfast. So grab your forks and dig in, before someone else does!

7. Milk Chocolate Wocky

We can be sure that most Neopians are familiar with the various Neopet-shaped chocolate treats the chocolatier has stashed in the Chocolate Shop. We know everyone's seen them; the amount of time Neopians have sat waiting for some rare treats to stock for a certain elusive avatar, only to see the shop filled with these treats instead. Coming in milk chocolate, white chocolate and dark chocolate varieties, these simple, but delicious confections are an easy way to get into the spirit of Wocky Day. Or any other pet day for that matter! And they won't even break the bank! But we would watch your waistline though. We can't guarantee you won't see some change there after stuffing your face.

8. Wocky Stocking

It's appropriate that Wockies would have their own themed stocking. One of only a couple pet days occurring in December (shout out to Bruces and Ogrins!), we're surprised there aren't a lot more Christmasy Wocky items floating around! And of course the best thing about stockings is opening them up and finding more delectable treats and exciting items inside! A Wocky Stocking is not only a great way to get into the celebrating mood for Wocky Day, but also a great warm up for getting into the holiday spirit as well!

9. Wocky Gadgeteer Boots

With the cold weather seeping in and a fluffy white blanket of snow forming outside, it's definitely essential to bundle up and stay cozy during the season. Keep yourself toasty and dry while you enjoy Wocky Day with a pair of Wocky Gadgeteer Boots. As the description says, the boots are nice and thick to keep the cold at bay, but also nice a comfy to wear. Although Wockies already have a pretty fluffy coat on them, they still need some help keeping their paws warm and dry. Don't forget to keep all your pets bundled up, Wockies included!

10. Scratchcard Kiosk Wocky Plushie

Last, but not least, we come to one of our favourite residents of the Happy Valley. The Scratchcard Kiosk Wocky has been valiantly supplying gambling Neopians with scratchcards for years! And since everyone likes an adorable stuffed plushie to admire, why not honour a spectacular Wocky with this plushie! This sneaky Wocky has slipped this plushie in as a prize for scratchcards. So don't be surprised if you end up with this plush instead of a Quiggle! Although the Quiggle plushies are cute as well, we like to think the Kiosk Wocky Plushie is just a bit more adorable anyways. So we don't mind receiving this as a prize instead.
