 Dress like the Faeries: Part 3

Welcome back, fellow Faerie wannabes! Last time, if you may remember we went through what it took to dress like the Darkest of Faeries - Jhudora. If that wasn't enough, you'll be thrilled to know that throughout each of these parts I'll be taking you through some of the best loved Faeries of Neopia, showing you what it takes to be a real Faerie style guru! Faeries come in all shapes and sizes (and even bottles too!). Each Faerie has their own individual style which represents their personalities. You've just to look at our beloved Space Faerie, for instance; you wouldn't catch your typical Earth Faerie wearing those starlight blue tones that only Mira is known for! Or how about the lovely luminous Light Faerie? Now I know Fire Faeries like the heat as well, but you can't go calling one the other; there'd be a real spark of fury between them! So in turn, I am here, to put any dilemmas you have about the Faerie's style to rest and showing you the secret to their unique fashion sense. After all you may think you got that Illusen outfit down to a tee, but others may be wondering why you've teamed it up with a Pretty Wicker Negg Basket. Just follow these easy lists of items that I have laid out for you and you'll soon be put you on the right track.
Part 3 is all about the most famous Earth Faerie in Neopia and that is Illusen, of course! Resident of Meridell, Illusen would stop at nothing to protect its occupants. She is known for giving out quests if you visit her at her glade, but like Jhudora you cannot pick to do both their quests at the same time. Much is surrounded in mystery why Illusen and Jhudora have so long been arch-enemies. Some say she is the only one who witnessed Jhudora performing a true act of evil, but I guess no one will ever truly know. Kind she is to all creatures and loves everything to do with nature. Illusen is a hard one not to truly like, so here goes, how you too can put the perfect Illusen outfit together...

Illusen may not come from Brightvale, but this Fancy Brightvale Gown still shouts of those Earth Faerie colours, that Illusen could not object to.

The Laurel Leaf Belt glitters in gold, whereas the Fall Leaf Belt bestows a mixture of autumn leaves. Even Illusen herself would be envious that she doesn't own this one!

Now, the Earth Faerie Frame is a favourite of mine because it sets the scene of a lovely hideaway: of woodland trees, a rippling river and a friendly Earth Faerie sitting on a rock beside you. And why wouldn't Illusen want to hang out with the other Earth Faeries and have a good chitchat about the world and all things green!

So hop your Neopet right into the middle of them and show your Illusen outfit to its full. Perhaps a Forest Glade Background would be more of an ideal landscape; restful and peaceful, be at one with nature itself, what could be more fitting for this Earth Faerie finish.
Well done, you've now finished your lovingly put together Earth Faerie outfit, and I bet your Neopet looks just swell in it! I hope this issue has encouraged you to go out and explore all the wonders Neopia has to offer; it's not all bugs and Petpetpets, you know!
