The Ten Best Prizes From the Mini Plastic Neggs

Well, the Festival of Neggs has come and gone. And this year's festival brought a new face to Neopia in the form of an orange Yurble who claimed to be the real Negg Faerie. And while Kari had Neopians searching for the plastic Neggs that she had hidden, the real Negg Faerie had hidden mini plastic Neggs. Upon finding one of the mini Neggs, one zap from a Handy Negg Enlarger would enlarge the Negg and give out a fabulous prize! But for the Neopian on a budget, which prizes are worth your time? Well, that's why we're here! Here, in no particular order, are what I feel were the ten best prizes released from the plastic mini Neggs.

1: Fancy Purple Facepaint

From the Green Striped Mini Plastic Negg comes the Fancy Purple Facepaint. If you ever want to give your pet an extra bit of color, then this is the perfect way to do so. The color combined with the glitter effect around the eyes creates a mystic look on any pet. It's also a great way to bring attention to the eye area if you want to show off your new contacts or try to hypnotize someone.

2: Helpful Cleaning Robot Kiko

From the Blue Zig-Zag Mini Plastic Negg comes the Helpful Cleaning Robot Kiko. If your pet is the messy type, then having a robotic minion around to clean up after them can be a lifesaver. And best of all, you can keep making messes and it will continue to keep cleaning them up! All day and every day, it will continue to clean without comment or complain! If they can take the bite of a Ferocious Negg, then they'll laugh in the face of that Sword of Skardsen next time they're in the Battledome.

By now you can probably tell I liked some of the more, to put in a polite term, "different" items from the Mini Neggs, and this one is no different. This balloon will be sure to guarantee clear flying if you ever decide to take it around Neopia, as it will likely give a nasty bite to any other balloons you come across. And if they complain, you can just say they got a Ferocious Negg Bite for free! Everyone loves free things, right?

5: Dazzling Cave Lights

From the Red Zig-Zag Mini Plastic Negg come some Dazzling Cave Lights. For all the pets out there that do live in caves but can't bear the darkness, this item is a lifesaver. These lights will brighten up any dark cave or depressing hovel. After all, think of how much trouble could have been saved in the Faeries Ruin plot that dark cave had these lights! 6: Entrance to Fyoras Castle Background

From the Pink Striped Mini Plastic Negg comes the Entrance to Fyoras Castle Background. This is one of the best backgrounds I have seen in a long time. The muted colors of the door and walls creates a great contrast with the single ray of light that shines down, allowing your pet to be visibly featured in spectacular spotlight fashion. But that's not all. This background also goes in great with the next object on the list.

7: Fyora Voodoo Doll Handheld Plushie

You knew this would be next. :)

From the Pink Polka Dot Mini Plastic Negg comes this amazing item. The Fyora Voodoo Doll Handheld Plushie. Now, I'm not saying that it works, but wouldn't it be great if it did? Complete control over Fyora herself? Think of the possibilities! Free access to the Hidden Tower! Any Paint Brush that you could possibly want! Unlimited Neopoints! All of Neopia would bow to your power! MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! *Cough Cough*

Anyway, this plushie is the perfect object for any pet that wishes that they could have it all and would go to any lengths to get it. So pick it up. You never know if you might be the lucky one who makes it work.

8: Floating Headless Space Faerie Doll

This rather amusing item comes from the Green Polka Dot Mini Plastic Negg. I'll admit that this one even disturbed me a bit when I first saw it, but after looking at it for a while, I fell in love with it. Even without its head, the doll is still able to float. That's solid craftsmanship right there. Not to mention that this has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that I still can't beat the Space Faerie in the Battledome for the Avatar and feel completely bitter about it. Absolutely nothing at all and you're silly for even thinking about it. Moving on.

9: Improved Kari Poster

This item comes from the Orange Swirly Mini Plastic Negg. And its placement here should be rather obvious. We're celebrating the Mini Plastic Neggs here, so obviously we're celebrating the real Negg Faerie! And what better way to celebrate the real Negg Faerie than with a poster! Granted, there are no posters of the real Negg Faerie yet, so this improved poster of Kari will have to do. My kudos go to the artist, as for a quick improvement, it looks really well done.

10: Yurble Negg Faerie Wings

And finally, from the Orange Zig-Zag Mini Plastic Negg, we have the Yurble Negg Faerie Wings. And like the poster above, their placement on this list is obvious. What better way to celebrate the real Negg Faerie than with his wings! Now while some might say that the Sparkling Faerie Wings are better, I say pish-posh. The Yurble Negg Faerie Wings are way better! You can tell by the way that they're made that they were hand-made with care, and they are a nice solid color that's easy to see. Those Sparkling Faerie Wings are so bright and transparent that some poor passerby could walk right into them and ruin them forever! So why take a chance on that happening when you can have a superior product right here!

And there you have it. In my opinion, this past Festival of Neggs was the best one yet, and the arrival of the real Negg Faerie helped it reach that position! So if you still have some of those mini plastic neggs around and can get your hand on one of those Handy Negg Enlargers, then these are the items that I think can't be topped! Now if you'll excuse me, my Helpful Cleaning Robot Kiko is making some strange sounds and several of Fyora's guards are at my door. I wonder what they're here for?
