If you have looked at the “All
PetPets” section, you might have noticed similarities between
NeoPets and PetPets. Here are 5 examples of PetPets looking like NeoPets
1. Frogarott
These creatures are sometimes said to be related to Quiggles. They are
slightly stronger than Quiggles, but Quiggles are much better in everything
else. Although they are related, the two have completely different ways
of attacking. The Frogarott uses fire breathing power, while Quiggles
use attacks like Quiggle Splash and Quiggle Stomp. The Frogarott is a
basic PetPet.
2. Flapjack
Flapjacks were the early inhabitants of planet Grundus. They were sea
creatures, and could cook a mean breakfast. However, they had very low
intelligence and attack. When Dr. Sloth came to set up his lab there,
he was working on his Evolution Potion. He found a Flapjack in the water
and used it as a test specimen. The result was like nothing he had seen
before. He named it Grundo after the planet. He then poured a bunch into
the sea. When the Grundos came to Neopia, they brought their adopted Flapjacks
with them, flapjacks are an aquatic PetPet.
3. Meekins
Erm, the Meekins was annoying and ugly (no offence), unlike the Acara.
It wouldn't stop screeching until you fed it. It was only for expert NeoPet
caretakers. Back then there were only a few species. Anyway, over thousands
of years, the Meekins has evolved into the cute and intelligent Tigren.
The Tigren then became the Acara. The Meekins is a Faerie PetPet.
Note: The Acara doesn't look much like the Meekins now,
but it used to.
4. Stego
The Stego was a powerful and peaceful prehistoric creature. Unlike the
Skeith, it was very energetic. It was also very loyal and kind. Over time,
it has started to become lazier and less loyal. However, they were also
becoming bigger and smarter. The Stego is a Prehistoric PetPet.
5. Gruslen
The Gruslen was also a prehistoric creature. It was basically like a Kougra,
except it had long tusks. They lived in Tyrannia, but the heat was really
getting to them, so they moved to Mystery Island, which actually turned
out to be hotter. The heat made them way too tired to move again, so they
stayed there. The adapted to the heat by evolving into Kougras. Now all
the Gruslens that left are Kougras, and the ones that stayed are still
Gruslens. The Gruslen is a Prehistoric PetPet.
