The Neopets Battledome is the Best addition to Neopets since the Neochat and Kacheek Seek. So, I ishidayamato22 will be bringing the Unofficial Guide of the Neopets Battledome from the Experts point of view. This Guide will cover The Basics, Respect, and Some Frequently Asked Questions to guide the newbie to Success in the Neopets Battledome, the best thing since Kacheek Seek.

The Basics of the Neopets Battledome:

ALWAYS respect your opponent. I've had quite a few times with some people who have a problem when it comes to attitude.

Sometimes, someone challenges you and says: "HAHAHAHAHA!!! My Grarrl will crush your stupid Kacheek!!!" I accept and beat him in one hit and then he demands a healing potion and rematch because I defeated him in one hit. In the rematch, this very rude person said no freezing weapons for me and again, I defeated him with one hit and he called me a coward through Neomail. I've reported him to abuse@neopets.com and his account was frozen a few days later.

If you want to receive challenges through the chat boards, NEVER post rude messages and spam like "MY SUPER PET CAN %@&#@ ALL PETS IN NEOPIA!!!" (well, it isn't really a super pet....) Doing so will just get everybody to despise you or get your account frozen. And also a word of advice to all you Newbies in the Battledome, don't say ACCEPTING ALL CHALLENGES and then saying no wands.

Once you've entered the Battledome and are ready to fight, don't abuse the messages and trash talk. The messages are monitored 24 hours a day like the chat room and don't taunt when your opponent is not attacking or is using inferior weapons than you. Also respect the privilege of Frost Cannons, snowballs and Hypno Helmets, Neopets made them for a reason and they should never be abused or misused, as NeoPets might take them away and will make everyone not like you.

When losing, NEVER withdraw because everyone will dislike and I (ishidayamato22) will be adding you to the guild wall of shame. There are many mass freezers and cheaters out there and after seeing this, I hope that they will change.

Q: How do I take away HP?
A: Just buy a inexpensive weapon like Rainbow Gun or Sparkshooter to start your Battledome Career.

Q: What are your choice of weapons?
A: Well, for you experienced players, Attack Fork and Wand of the Air Faerie. These are inexpensive and are good, solid weapons.

Q: Help! I'm about to get knocked out, how do I withdraw?
A: Don't withdraw, Lose with pride! One loss is nothing. I've battled 230 times and lost a fair amount of times.

Q: How did you gain Levels?
A: By hard work and Kitchen Quests.

Q: Where is the Hidden Tower?
A: Newbies, don't even bother with this the items cost over a million NPs there. But is on the left side of the castle or press tab to find it.

Q: I said no Snowballs and Freezing and they still did it, what's your opinion?
A: I HATE it, could those guys read the rules? I clearly state it before fighting.

Q: This guy keeps challenging me and calls me a coward when I reject what should I do?
A: Just ignore him and block his Neomail. There are a lot of these mean bullies out there. And remember for the NeoPets Battledome, never swear, bully, withdraw and most of all have a fun time and don't worry so much about losing.
