Food is Way Too Expensive

Some people are complaining about the prices in the shops. I think it’s about time someone did something about them, instead of complaining about them. So today I'm here to change it. Some people said if you, say put a carrot in for 10 NPs, other people will see it and lower their prices. Unfortunately, once you have a carrot in there for 10 NPs, someone’s gonna come by and snatch it within a minute, not giving much time for others to see the cheap price!

Carrots can be bought in the food shop for only 3 NPs. That’s cheap! If we all got together and collected carrots for a month, collecting about 5 carrots a day per person, and we had 100 people, that would be 15,000 carrots in a month! And it would only cost 450 NPs for a single person! Now that’s not a lot, is it? After a month, we would sell the carrots for 11 NPs. 15,000 carrots could last awhile!

I think 15,000 carrots could last a whole 24 hrs, even if 10 carrots were bought every minute! Twenty four hours is enough for basically everyone on NeoPets to see the cheap price of carrots. And this is assuming 100 people joined this thing. There are 6 million or so playing NeoPets—probably at LEAST 5000 people are willing to do this thing, that means at least 750,000 carrots in a month! That means the carrots would last twenty four hours even if 8 were bought every SECOND!!! This is sure to get everyone lowering prices.

It would kinda take awhile to do every food in Neopia, but it’s worth a try. We will have a contest seeing who got the most carrots, like a 500,000 NP reward or something like that. You will get 7 NPs back for each carrot you donated. This may not seem like a lot however this means if you donated 100 carrots, you’d get 700 back! Since in the food shops carrots can be bought for 3 NPs. Let's say you spent 300 NPs buying the carrots (3 NPs times 100 carrots), you would earn 400 NPs, plus the advantage of cheap carrots, plus a chance to win big money!

The amount of prize money will depend on how many carrots are donated and sold. So donate more carrots—you’ll get a larger prize, and larger money back!!! Tell your friends bout this idea, talk it over, Neomail me if you have any comments. Remember, you would be gaining a few hundred NPs, the advantage of cheap carrots, plus the chance of winning maybe half a million NPs or more! That’s right, half a million! You’d become mega rich! I know it may sound impossible, but hey, you’ll have everything to gain and nothing to lose. No matter how many carrots you donate, you’ll still get more money back, even if you don’t win the grand prize. Use your common sense, this is a great way to get back cheap food! I really hope you’ll think this over, guyz! :) Oh, and everyone in my guild, the First Aid Guild, will have double amount of tix in the draw (e.g. since every 5 carrots equals one tix, say you donated 5 carrots, usually you would get 1 tix, but if you joined my guild you would get 2 tix instead!)
