Very, very soon. It is the next thing we want to work on as soon as we have launched
the Ski Lodge game.
2 - Where is the Lab Ray?
Somewhere in Neopia is a secret labratory. Inside the laboratory is an insane old Scorchio
who will let you zap your NeoPets with his rather scary looking ray gun. If for some bizarre
reason you wish to fire this at your NeoPet you will need to collect all 9 pieces of the
laboratory treasure map. This will show you how to get there.
3 - Where is the hidden tower?
The Hidden Tower is somewhere in Faerieland. Nobody knows for sure and it is invisible
from the outside. My only suggestion is to try exploring the city. You may find it where
you least expect it.
4 - Where can you find the answers to Lenny Trivia?
Most of the Lenny Trivia questions are about Neopia. You can find out about
anything Neopian by exploring the site. If you really don't know where to start, try
searching through the help pages. There is a lot of great info in there.
5 - How do you get your article published in the Neopian Times?
If you have something that you think the rest of Neopia needs to hear, such as a great story,

along with your username. Each week the best articles are selected to be published on Friday.
6 - How do you fight the one-player challengers in the Battledome?
At the moment you cannot, but this is something that will be coming shortly.
7 - Where is the Rainbow Pool?
The Rainbow Pool is the pool on the
Shops map with the rainbow coming out of it.
8 - Does the Snowager ever sleep?
The Snowager is a notoriously light sleeper, that is why he is so grumpy. Now and again he
will fall into a deep sleep and, if you are so wish, a NeoPet could sneak in and steal some of
the Snowager's treasure.
9 - How do I get to Lilac Island?
At the moment Lilac island is closed for the winter.
10 - Why do accounts get frozen?
On rare occasions we may need to freeze a person's account if they do not behave as they
should. Freezing is only done in extreme circumstances, e.g if you do anything listed
below:
- Post any sexual material
- Promote 'pump and dump' scams (artificially inflating stock prices)
- Ask for a Neositter or offer to Neosit
- Post profanities
- Post links to paid advertising sites.
- Create or link to fake login pages
- Ask for passwords
- Try to force any religious/political/racial view onto others.
