The Crazy Tale of Three Lucky Lupes

It was a cold, windy night in the Winter World. Hazzy the Christmas Lupe was barely surviving the harsh winter. All the other years, Hazzy would sleep in a cave, but an avalanche occurred and buried his beloved home. He had no where to go and he had no family. See, the one thing he knew is that his parents' names were Eva and Champ and when Hazzy was just a baby, he some how got shipped over to the Winter World by mistake and never found out who his parents were. It didn't bother him too much, he just kept reminding remind himself to put the past behind him. This winter was a different story. He didn't think he would make it if he stayed here. So he decided to go back to Neopia and have a fresh start somewhere new...

Meanwhile in Southern Neopia...

It was a beautiful, snowy day when HotStuff the Fire Lupe stepped out of his house to greet the coming day. He too was abandoned as a baby and didn't know who he belonged to. He was always in and out of the Neopian Pound because no one ever wanted to keep him. Instead of being sad about it he hid all his sorrow behind a mean bully face. That was how he got his name "HotStuff". He liked being rude, that way he knew no one knew deep down he was scared and hurt. This was just another day for him. He would go and do his usual rounds-first: steal NP's from his nice neighbours and buy himself something to eat. Second: anyone that got in his way he would make Neopian Meat out of. Third: he would go home and stare blankly at his wall wondering about how life would be if he knew his family. Even though it looked like he was happy with being mean, he really hated it...

Meanwhile in Northern Neopia...

It was a nice, snowy day for Rocky the Stone Lupe. Unlike the other two Lupes he was happy with his life. He had a girlfriend and a great owner. He knew his parents, Eva and Champ and knew he had brothers, but didn't know who they were. He never thought to look for them though. Today, he would have to go out and buy a PetPet for his girlfriend, Lile. She loved PetPets and he wanted to buy the most expensive one for her. He was in love...

Back in Winter World...

Hazzy finally made his way to a boat, after walking through 5 ft. snow and horrible winds. He sat on the small fishing boat, watching the water and daydreaming about his new life ahead of him. He was so happy that he actually cracked a smile for the first time in months. After hours of being on the water they finally docked and Hazzy stepped out onto Neopia, for the first time in years. He looked around, thankfully only seeing minimum snow on the ground. He slowly walked up to a Skeith and asked for directions to the closest market. The Skeith pointed him to the Neopian Market, and he quickly made his way there. He asked other Neopians if he could borrow a few NPs, but they all shoved him away.

Back with HotStuff...

Laughing, he quickly stole the NPs and began trotting to the Neopian Marketplace. He sat down and began to eat his favourite meal, a milkshake and a burger. Suddenly, a Christmas Lupe came up to him and asked if he knew Eva or Champ the Lupes. HotStuff thought that that sounded familiar but just turned away.

Back with Rocky...

He picked up his NPs and went down to the Neopian Marketplace where he'd begin his search for the perfect PetPet. After an hour of walking he found himself in the large market filled with tons of NeoPets and owners. He loved seeing so many people. Then something caught his attention. He over heard a conversation between two Lupes about an Eva and Champ. Right away Rocky knew one of them would have to be his brother. He rushed over to them and asked if one was looking for a Champ or Eva, and Hazzy told him he was.

Rocky smiled and said, "My parents are Champ and Eva."

Hazzy's eyes widened and he said with joy. "I think my parents are your parents!"

"Yes, I think so. My parents told me I had two brothers. But I never knew them."

"Brother?" Hazzy slowly asked.

"Brother!!!!" Rocky and Hazzy hugged for the first time.

"Did you say you had two brothers that you never knew...well because I never knew my parents. But I distinctly remember my father's name being Champ. I remember!" HotStuff announced.

"I finally found my family..." Hazzy smiled with a tear in his eye.

"Me too..." HotStuff laughed.

"Me three!" Rocky yelled!

So from that point on....the three Lupes who never knew each other, finally found each other. They lived happily ever after!
