The Editorial section has changed. To make it more useful to everybody we have decided to take the most frequently asked questions we receive each week here so you can get a thorough answer straight away from one of the creators of NeoPets. Here are the most frequently asked questions NeoPets support received this week:

1 - Why are we receiving duplicate e-mails?
Last week one of our servers got a little over zealous and a few people received two e-mails from the wishing well, auctions and for birthdays. This has now been fixed and you should be getting just the one now.

2 - Where is the Snow Foods shop?
The new Snow food shop Frost Bites is here. Get your delicious frozen goods while stocks last!

3 - How do we use the ice totems to get to the secret areas?
If you have collected an Ice Totem you can go to the secret areas in the Winter World. Try clicking on different things, you may be in for a few nice surprises.

4 - Why can't we trade in Christmas Tree neggs (or other "special" neggs) for negg tokens?
Because these are the rewards you get from the Negg Faerie. Don't you know its rude to give someone back the gift they gave you?
