Most people have heard the debates about the rich and the poor in which people
are complaining about the rich people having too much money. This is not what
is on my mind though. What I ponder about is the opening of the Battledome.
Most of the rich people in Neopia have started playing from the very beginning
of this game with exception of a lucky few and have had more time to play with
their pets but they have had over 2 years to train their pets. I have, in my
opinion, a quite strong pet at level 19 but a couple of days ago saw a pet that
had over 300 health and ultimate in every section. My question is that when the
Battledome opens will the majority of pets be beaten again and again by these
super pets?
The main reason these pets are so strong is because of Faerie Quests. Everyone
used to be able to get Faerie Quests without a second thought and therefore
make their pets stronger but now you can only get a quest if you are lucky.
For all the people who were around from the start they did Quest after Quest
and therefore made their pets super strong. Of course there are still the Soup
Kitchen Quests but on most occasions you will receive an item such as a red
cap which is rare but isn’t worth anything.
My goal is that the staff of Neopets will decide to change the Faerie Quests
back as they were and give the ordinary Neopian a chance when the Battledome
opens.
