The Editorial section has changed. To make it more useful to everybody we have decided to take the most frequently asked questions we receive each week here so you can get a thorough answer straight away from one of the creators of NeoPets. Here are the most frequently asked questions NeoPets support received this week:

1 - Where is Benjamin the Chia?
You can find out where Benjamin the Chia is by playing Techo Safari, but be careful--the natives are restless!

2 - How can I get an ice totem if I've already signed up with the sponsor? You can find ice totems in the magic shop, from random events, and you can also win them in games like Dice-A-Roo. Just keep looking and you will find an ice totem.

3 - When will the "invite" function work for the guilds?
Sorry, but we are working very hard to get this function done. We will launch this sometime in the next few weeks.

4 - How does the Neggery Work?
The Neggery is located in the Ice Caves. It is run by the Negg Faerie who will reward you handsomely for bringing her rare and wonderful Neggs. For each Negg you bring to her you will receive a number of Negg tokens depending on the rarity and cost of the Negg. These tokens can be exchanged for cool prizes from the Faerie
