Snow Wars - An Awesome Meltdown or Cold as Ice?

Snow Wars. It's the brand new NeoPets game where you can win cool Battledome prizes and slowly make your way to the top of the challenger pile. But is it really worth the 25 NP? Is it all luck or does skill come into play a bit, too? Well, here's what I think:

To play Snow Wars it will cost you 25 Neopoints. Some think it's worth it and others don't. If you win, you can sell the Battledome snowballs in your shop or trade them in the trading post. You can also give them to your pets so that they can fight friends, enemies, and challengers in the Battledome (when it opens). If you don't win, it's just a loss of money.

Is Snow Wars skill or just plain old luck? I think it's a bit of both. If you hit one of your opponent's structures without really knowing where it is, then it's luck. But, if you're looking for the big snowman or the castle, you would look for a space that covers four question marks, which is where it could possibly be. That would qualify as a bit of skill.
