Neopoints Saving Tips for the Big Spender

A lot of us are huge spenders and a lot of us are broke. It's really a shame when you walk in the food store and for once it's stocked up, but you're broke and you can't buy anything.

These tips worked for me and helped me save lots of NP and now I've usually got 1000 NP on hand when I see that thing I really want to buy.

MONEY SAVING TIPS

1. Food. Your pet is starving but can you really afford any food?

a)FOR THE POOR NEOPIANS go to the soup kitchen!

b)FOR THE RICH NEOPIANS THAT WANT TO SAVE MONEY play two games of Kacheek Seek. Try to play harder ones, then you'll get more NP. Then go to the Shop Wizard and look for smoothies or organic fruits. These are very cheap.

You'll have an instant meal for your pet! When you're rich enough buy some luxury food for your pet as a little treat.

2. NeoPet Pets. How do you get a NeoPet Pet for your pets when you've only got 2000 NP on hand? The answer is very simple! Go to the Aquatic Pet Pet store in Maraqua and buy an Auntie or a Sharky. If you can't find them go to the Shop Wizard and look for them. These pets are very cheap (they go for about 1500 each) and your pets love them!

3. Toys. A lot of toys nowadays are extremely expensive so how do you buy any for a cheap price? Play two games of Kacheek Seek and look for a Diary or a Cheery Blossom. These are cheap and your pets like them!

If any of the toys get broken by your pets, don't throw them away! Your pets still like them and they still make great toys.

4. Stocks. Which stocks should I invest in? My number one tip here is DO NOT buy bargain stocks. I've learned the hard way that they never go higher. They stay in the same spot or they decrease a little, or increase a little. They NEVER become good stocks. What you want to buy is a stock that rises fast. Go to the stock list and find a stock that you can afford that is over 25 NP. Make sure that stock has gotten higher, not lower. Then purchase this stock and see your money rise! When should you sell stocks? Check your portfolio and sell the stocks that have decreased over 1 percent.

5. How do people get rid of the stuff they don't want and can't sell? If you have something in your shop that's been there for a REALLY long time and you want to get rid of it, try making the price 1 NP cheaper than the cheapest in Neopia.

If that doesn't work get it out of your shop (by going to your shop front, purchasing the item, then getting your money back in the till.) and put it up for auction. A good time for auctioning would be 3 hours. Have the stock up for 15 NP lower than the cheapest in Neopia and make the minimum increment 2. Usually your item gets sold quickly, and for a high price.

6. WHERE DO I GET NP????? Do some research. Look in the Neopian Times. In the articles section. There's always a lot of articles on NP and how to get it and most of the time the tips work and you actually get NP.

When you're looking for good articles stay away from the poor get poorer and rich get richer articles because they usually don't tell you anything about NP, they're usually just people complaining about the poor or the rich or how the middle class gets "mistreated". HAPPY SHOPPING!
