7th and 8th July
- When the summer weather gets too unbearable, the best place to visit is Terror Mountain! While you're there, you can even get lunch at the Super Happy Icy Fun Snow Shop. Now they have hot dogs and hamburgers made entirely out of snow. Yummy!
- The next round of the Beauty Contest is about to begin! Head on over and vote for your favourite. Also, starting next week on the 13th, the Beauty Contest will end at 12:00 PM NST every Friday.
- The Neopian Music Shop has a special on stringed instruments today. Take a look at the two brand new items they have up on display! (Don't forget to buy a bow.)
- The newest issue of the Neopian Times has been released! Keep your eyes open for great stories and adventures like On Turning 11 Neo Years Old and The Shoyru Club - Treasure Of The Black Pawkeet.
- There has been a lot of commotion over at Noda's kitchen. King Skarl ordered a large batch of Starry NC Fortune Cookies but cancelled without warning and now Noda needs to release them all! Furious at the last minute change, Noda won't be making any more Starry NC Fortune Cookies for a while. At 5 PM NST all the freshly baked cookies will be released in his shop at the NC Mall. Once they're gone though, who knows when they will be back!
6th July
- The Magical Green, Blue, Red, Yellow, and Rainbow Cybunny Plushies have been given an extra sparkly makeover!
- The Poems page has been updated with such works as 'Restocking In Kauvara's Shop' and 'Spare A Thought'.
- If you are visiting the Lost Desert, don't forget to stop by 'Grey's Cozy Corner', which is the name of greyfever's Neohomes Spotlight winning home!
- The Lenny Conundrum competition has been pushed to next week. The answer to last week's was 25 NP. 4228 people guessed the correct answer earning themselves 947 NP each.
- This week's PPL award has been given to the Captive Shadow Wraith. Well done Lil Minion, Mini Danger, Gremlyn, Chaos, and all the others.
- Hoorah! Site Spotlight is returning! Starting July 11th we will be featuring our favourite Pet Pages submitted by you. Please send in your best work starting today! :)
- Finneus thinks he is Better Than You! Do you accept his challenge?
- Nasicaa the Clay Angelpuss has won the Petpet Spotlight this week!
- The Art Gallery has been updated with a new selection of images for you to admire! :)
- There is a new Mystery Pic competition. The answer to the last one was Mynci Beach Volleyball Click to Play Image. 178 people guessed correctly, earning them 11,236 NP each.
- *wipes cake off of face* Would you like some? Erm... maybe not. The NC Mall is 5 years old already! Can you believe it? :) Join in our celebrations with a free NC Mall Fifth Birthday Goodie Bag from the NC Mall. There are also birthday items such as the NC Mall 5th Birthday Mystery Capsule in the Birthday Shop! *dives back into cake*
4th and 5th July
- Neopets is on holiday Wednesday! We will be back with more New Features on Thursday, so have a great day off if you are in the US!
- A Maraquan Skeith and Kau are featured in the latest Maractite coins to appear at the Collectable Sea Shells shop!
- Participate has won User Lookup of the Week with their lookup dedicated to Flotsam Day!
- Crudes' gallery, 'The Royal Court of Flotsams', has won the Gallery Spotlight this week!
- The latest travel brochures from the Neovian Printing Press would be perfect to take with you if you are planning to visit Kiko Lake or Kreludor.
- There is a new Mystery Pic competition. The answer to the last one was Rainbow Worm. 314 people guessed correctly, earning them 6,370 NP each.
- A Flotsam explorer is featured in today's Caption Contest image!
- Don't forget to stop by the Art Gallery and admire all the new images that are up on display!
- We are pretty excited about getting an extra day off this week, but we are also excited about the new Nickelodeon Game Card bonus items! We hear that when you redeem a game card now you can receive new items! Click here to find a retailer near you, and maybe you will see a few TNT members lurking around to buy their own cards. ;)
3rd July - Flotsam Day
- Community Notice! - If you discovered that the "Boards" icon has disappeared from the navigation bar, don't worry! We have a brand new Community page that features Spotlights, the Editorial, a new and improved Calendar, and of course the Neoboards, among other things. We hope this new section will make it easier to showcase all the nifty things Neopians create every day! We'll also be adding a brand new fan site section later this month. Until then, we hope you enjoy our latest addition. :)
- Happy Flotsam Day! Now you can paint your Flotsam Desert and Glowing at the Rainbow Pool!
- The newest Story Telling competition beginning was sent in to us by phadalusfish.
Masila mounted the stairs at the base of the Hidden Tower and, as soon as she was out of sight of the Faerie Queen's court below, her demeanor slipped. Her face went blank, her smile wiped away. She leaned against the wall and started to breathe heavily...
- The Neopian Post Office has two new stamps dedicated to famous Flotsams: Plesio and the Underwater Chef!
- Zurw the Flotsam has won the Pet Spotlight this week!
- Congratulations go out to Saka and Fondente! Each has proven spiffier than the rest in the Customisation Spotlight. Voting for this week's contest has begun. Good luck to this week's entrants!

- There is a brand new selection of Flotsam related images on display at the Art Gallery.
- Cap'n Threelegs is giving away free training to all Flotsams who visit him on Flotsam Day!
