- We have a new Neopian Times out today
(well it is Friday, after all). Check out the latest stories, comics, articles and the weekly editorial
that answers your most popular questions!
- The Food Shopkeeper
has just finished creating some new delights - chocolate covered cheeses... They are actually
suprisingly good!
- Some more pictures have been added to our Fun Images
section. Plus it is divided into different categories now so it should be even easier to find what you
need.
- We have a new Mystery Pic competition
today. The answer to Wednesday's competition was 'The Bumper Cars Icon'.
- Don't forget to stop by Usukiland
today, they have got some new play sets and accesories in!
- Today's Pet Spotlight stars four Neopets,
Tuftyia, Bubbleisia, Iceburg531 and Jumanjiochi.
- Good news for Asparagus lovers, the
Health Food Shop
has just restocked with new foods such as Asparagus Pie, Cheesy Asparagus and Asparagus Balls!
- We changed the shop layout so there is a horizontal rule between the shop description and the items on sale,
so that if people do try and scam using fake items, it will be easier to spot. Remember to report any shops
you suspect to be cheating to the Neopets Team!

29th August - Kyrii Day
- Lenny Conundrum has just been launched,
sorry we didn't have one last week so here is a slightly easier one for you! The answer to the last conundrum
was '3,000,000 shops in Neopia'.
- The Chocolate Factory has just released its new range of Kyrii shaped goodies!
- We have added many more Kyrii Shopkeepers.
- Lots of Maraquan Petpets have been swimming in shoals towards Mystery
Island, in fact so many that one enterprising young Kougra has opened a new shop,
The Rock Pool where you can buy some
today! All the Petpets have gone through a re-design, so don't worry if they look slightly different!
- Five new Kyrii Battledome items
have just been added, including the Kyrii Shocker, Cork Gun and Slingshot (pictured below).
- The Neopian Shops are now accepting the Space Discount Card.
- You can now cancel a course in the Academy if you decide that you do not wish to pay for it.
- We have a new Mystery Pic today! The answer
to Friday's competition was 'A scene from the game Bullseye'.
- Some more Pirate Themed pictures have been added to our
Art Gallery!
- All Kyrii get FREE TRAINING in the
Swashbuckling Academy all day!!! Even
though he is currently teaching over 20,670 Neopets how to fight, Cap'n Threelegs is feeling
generous today!
- We now have Purple, Split,
Skunk and Gold Kyrii!!! (and yes, the plural of Kyrii IS Kyrii :)
- We have three new Kyrii abilities for the Battledome -
the Kyrii Glare, Kyrii Earth Shield and Kyrii Cyclone.
- There are some new Chomby battledome items on sale in the Battle and Defence Magic Shops.

- We now have a new Swashbuckling Academy in the
Pirate World. It's aimed at the lower-level Neopets who can't afford the codestones (and, yes, the prices of
Dubloons WILL come down!)
- Return of the Discount Card! Check out the new Virtupets Discount Card
today!! Neopian shops will start to accept the card tomorrow, so sign up while you can.
- You can now own a Strawberry Usul, and the
Fire Moehog has a new flashier look :)

- IMPORTANT NOTICE : There is a scam going around the site at the moment where people will pretend to be selling their
accounts in exchange for Neopoints/Items. This is NOT allowed, and anybody found attempting to sell their account will
be frozen. If you give items to these people you will most probably never see them again.
- Now that the Auctions are running much faster
we have increased the maximum you can have at any one time from 5 to 8.
- The new Beauty Competition has just started!
- More improvements to the speed of the site today! The Battledome just got much faster, as well as the
Neofriends, Abilities, Trading Post and Stock Market!
- The Book Shop has just re-stocked with some Grundo themed books.
- We have a new Story Telling competition today!
- There were a lot of broken links in the Neopian Times,
and articles that wouldn't load. These have all been fixed now.
