Yes, they are. At midnight NST (Neopian Standard Time) all the cheaters are erased from the score boards - hurrah!

Why have you taken away some of the games like Snow Wars etc?
We re-wrote the games room earlier this week and some of the games were left out. They should all be back in the games room now.

I cant get my Neopet out of a fight. When I press on the scroll down list on select a pet to fight they don't give me any choices?
To withdraw from a battle you need to do the following (this is also explained in the battledome help pages)

• Go to the STATUS page in the Battledome.
• If this is a ONE PLAYER battle you are now withdrawn by just visiting the status page, if you are in a TWO PLAYER battle please continue.
• Find the CHALLENGE BOX for the pet you are fighting.
• Look below the ENTER button and you will see a WITHDRAW LINK
• Click the link.
• Read the page it takes you to.
• Click the appropriate link at the bottom of the page.

I bought a pack of tatoos and they didn't have a code in!
Ooops my bad! I was told all paper products had rare item codes, but the tattoos don't. More products with rare item codes will be released shortly, but it was decided that the tattoos were too easy to open so we couldn't have codes in them.

The Sticky Hand's description says that the enemies weapon will be changed with the Sticky Hand, is this a permanent change, or just for that round?
The Sticky Hand steals a weapon for the entire battle. Once it steals an item the Sticky Hand goes to the opponent. The opponent can then use it to steal something. In the end when the battle is over all items return to the original owners. The reason that it is called limited use is because if the opponent doesn't use it then the user won't get it back until the game is over. So the owner does lose the Sticky Hand for a while.

Lately I've been looking for the Neopets Calender but I cant find it!
Click on 'WORLD' in the yellow side bar and then click on 'CALENDAR' in the menu bar at the top of the world page.

What happens to discarded items? Are they really destroyed?
Yup! If you discard an item it is completely erased off the face of Neopia!

On Monday (April Fool's Day) the Pant Devil played a little trick on everyone and stole everyone's items (including everything in your Safety Deposit Box). It was just a joke and you items were returned before the end of the day :)

Is there any way to delete stocks from my portfolio?
You can't delete your stocks, but you can sell them. We may add an option so you can get rid of any worthless stocks you may have - check New Features for more details.

What's the function of the Price Changes board?
To let everyone know the most recent price changes in items so they know what they should be paying for an item.

Why do the RPer's and BDer's fight at the message boards?

With any luck yes, at the moment we are just in the USA, but we are talking with several companies and should have merchandise in England, Wales, Canada, Australia, Singapore and everywhere else we have players. No, its just a scummy chain letter. If anything that important was happening we would put it on New Features, not neomail people from non-neopets accounts. If you get a message like this, just delete it and report the sender to abuse@neopets.com.

You need to go to the Grundo Warehouse on the Space Station. Click on 'EXPLORE' in the yellow side bar, then click on the space station. The warehouse is towards the top of the space station map.

If you do Jhudora's Quests will the good faeries stop giving you their quests?
Not if you keep your Jhudora's quests secret.

I have visited the whole of Faerieland and I can't find the Hidden Tower, where is it?
