Get Creative With That Junk

by patriotnana

MERI ACRES - Sometimes one just has to use their imagination. Take for instance all those items you buy or win in some game that have absolutely no obvious use.

Sure some you can sale in a shop, but usually that only works until everyone else realises they got a bum deal, too.

Well, the other night I got to thinking what could one do with all those piles of dung from the Pick You Own Game. I came up with some unique ideas for uses.

How about pretending you are using it for fertiliser in your NeoGarden? Maybe all that dung is what some pet is using to mix in those stinky snow weapons. Maybe they will invent some Garbage World where creatures like Grouch on Sesame Street, who thrive on gross stuff, can use it to build houses, furniture, etc. and you can only use dung to purchase stuff in that world. Perhaps in the winter it can be used as a fire starter.

Then I got excited and said, okay what can you do with the Bits of Wire. Well, why not make them into a kind of Chinese Star weapon for the villagers of Meridell to use when they have a NeoWar. You could even use some of those bits of wool to sew some onto those old boots and use as a kicking weapon, cause I bet those sharp prongs would really hurt. There are just all kinds of weapon ideas one could come with for those bits of wire.

How about those bored farmers who invent a game where they toss those bits of wire into a metal bucket just to see how many it takes to fill it up? Or of course they can throw them at a large hay bale to see how many will stick to it without falling off!

I have noticed there are several plushies that have the stuffings out of them, wouldn't it be nice for some pet to open a shop where you could take your bits of wool and have your plushies re-stuffed?

Everyone could take their old boots and build a reef for some of those rare aquatic petpets off one or more of the islands.

If you are discarding or donating all these items now, what's going to happen, when like others items I have gotten rid of because my pets couldn't eat or play with them, the faeries start asking for the items when they send you on a quest?

What about a game where you can create artwork from all those junk items and turn your trash into treasures?

If the berries are so rare, which I believe they are since my basket rarely has more than one when I play this game, then why are people selling them for so cheap? It takes 200 Neopoints to play the game, I guess some pet owners are a lot luckier at guessing where they are hidden. Still my advice is to put some in your safe deposit box now, because they too could become quest items and then they really will be rare and expensive to buy.

Maybe some wise faerie could even figure out a way to turn some of the junk into magic crystals for healing and start selling them in a new Crystal Shop? The possibilities are really endless when you let your imagination fly!

Maybe we could have a new contest to come up with the best ideas for the use of junk. Get those imagination juices flowing, you never know what new feature will appear next!
