Soul Stealing Stone
"Let me go you over sized BALLOON!!!" I growled
as I punched and kicked the large Chia that had his dirty mitts on me.
"Calm down niece. He is only bringing you safely
to me," my aunt's evil voice cackle. When the giantgantoid Chia put me down
I was more than furious--I was past angry.
Nevertheless, I couldn't see a thing in the
pitch-black room, until a bunch of torches magically lit up in flames. That's
when I saw my Aunt sitting on top of a black marble throne.
"What are you trying to do now, hmm?" I asked
with a snarl.
"It's nothing that I want, it's something I need,"
my aunt cackled.
On the other side of the darken room more torches
lit up, quickly I whirled around to find stone statues of different beings.
Then I noticed two in particular, one was of my mother, and the other of Ty's
little sister Carol.
What was this some kind of evil ritual? "What
is this?" I asked my evil relative.
"Don't you see? It is my new collection of living
beings. My Stone of Secret, turns living things into stone and captures their
soul and if so magic and power. Soon I will have more than I will ever need,
more power than all faeries, more life than this planet, more everything," Jhudora
sneered.
"Why? You can't do this! What did these innocent
people do to you, Auntie?" I answered rudely, and was proud of it.
"What didn't they do, hmm? I send you a very
good book on a very important subject and I don't even get a stupid thank you
card?! Well now, you will all pay for being so naïve. I think now we will do
your little boyfriend Ty into stone statue now," she snarled.
I turned around to see another Chia dragging
Ty into the dark lonely room.
"Let go of me!" I heard him bark.
"WAIT! Umm both of us know that I have more magic
than any faerie because at my age I have all of their magic. So turn me into
stone, but let Ty and his family go," I answered bravely. My Aunt sat wondering
what she should do for a moment.
"Seryn you can't do that!" I heard Ty bark. However,
I can and if I have to, I will. Ty doesn't deserve to be turned into a statue
and have his good soul ripped out of him. Then the other Chia came into the
room carrying all of our Neopets, they were all wrapped up with rope and duct
tape.
"Very well. I agree and since I am feeling kind
I will let your pets go too," Jhudora barked, when the pets where dropped onto
the hard cold cobble floor.
"OK this process is very easy. All you have
to do is step up onto this platform please, ah that's a good niece."
I stepped onto a large wooden platform that had
all these different coloured lights all around, still in that darkroom. My aunt
stood up from her black throne and held out a dark black and green pebble in
front of her.
"I suppose you'll want to say goodbye to your
pets before you go into you sleep," my aunt said sarcastically.
I looked over at my poor weeping pets, why are
they so sad. I gave them an encouraging smile and a small wave, but didn't say
a word.
"Okay that's enough with the heart warming junk,
better get this over with before I upchuck," Jhudora growled.
My aunt started her spell, then wooden platform
started to glow, I looked over at Ty who didn't look too happy. He saw me looking
at him and he quickly looked away. I felt my body start to fell cold and stiff,
so I hugged myself. I was scared and I admit that. I started to cry as I saw
my legs start to turn gray. Well goodbye Neopia. Goodbye my mother. Goodbye
my pets. Goodbye…. Ty and your stupid sarcasm. So long.
It's Not The End YET!
As I watched the last of my good friend Seryn
be turned into a stone nothing, I felt the question bothering me, why would
she do that. I looked over at Seraph and all the other pets, oh my gosh! Seraph
is wiggling out of her ropes. GOOD! See got out! Luckily, the Chias are busy
and so is Jhudora to see. She got SunRays and Light Hearted loose.
"Get those PETS!" I heard Jhudora's voice rumble.
"Come SunRays you get Ty. Light and I are going
for the big guys," Seraph ordered.
SunRays came zooming over as Lighthearted and
Seraph went after the evil giant Chias with all their might.
"SunRays, this is where you training comes in,
go get the PEBBLE!" I barked at my red pet. SunRays without any hesitation swooped
into the air and went after Jhudora.
"It's not going to be that easy, young adolescent
pet," Jhudora cackled, "I'll finish you, and then finish the spell to steal
Seryn's soul and powers."
Nevertheless, before Jhudora could do a thing
SunRays had already knocked the pebble out of her hand.
"NO!!" the evil witch screeched.
She whacked SunRays up side his head making him
go crashing to the hard ground. Before I thought, I ran to the dark pebble that
lay helplessly on the dark stone ground. I picked it up quickly and gave Jhudora
a sly smile.
"Don't be foolish human, the pebbles power not
even a faerie can withstand let alone a mere human. So hand the pebble back
to its true owner and we can make out a even deal, so hmm what do you say?"
the Dark Faerie asked holding out her hand.
"No way lady. I may be human but I ain't that
stupid." And with that, I threw the pebble as hard as I could onto the dark
stone ground making it break into a billion little pieces. Suddenly the was
this bright flash that pushed me very hard making me fly into the wall and blackout…
again! Jeez, it's like every minute I am blacking out well at least now days.
The Darkness Is Filled With Light
I felt my knees fall to the ground as I opened
my eyes.
"Wait what happened?" I asked as I looked around
the still room.
My aunt was gone and so were the Chias, but my
pets were here. I looked over at all the statues; suddenly all of them weren't
statues no more. Everyone was back to normal! I tried to find Ty, I saw him
lying on the ground knocked out. The pebble's powers he probably couldn't withstand.
I ran over to him trying to keep my balance, had to get my sea legs I guess.
I rolled him over flat on his back and checked his heart. Whew, that's still
working, and then I checked his breathing, that's still going strong. Man, this
boy can take one blow after another and still live to tell the tale.
I was still listening to his breathing, when
suddenly he scared me and said, "Thought I would be dead didn't you."
"No you big lug, I was just making sure I didn't
have to go and pay for a funeral," I said giving him a playful shove.
As I helped him up, his little sister came rushing
at us. "TY! TY! It's so good to see you! Wait up hold the phone did I actually
just say that?" Carol said sarcastically.
I couldn't help but giggle, and I heard Ty laugh
too. Then I saw my mother! I let Ty go. Luckily, he could stand and ran to my
faerie mother.
"MOMMA! Oh I missed you!" I gave her the biggest
hug I have ever given.
"It's so wonderful to see you again Seryn, and
I am very grateful that you saved me," my mother said giving me hug in return.
"No not me, Ty. Come you must meet him."
I walked her over to were Ty was still standing
he looked at my mom with large wide eyes and said, "Umm nice to meet you."
"It's wonderful to meet a brave young as yourself,"
my mother said and shook his hand.
"Everything is secure, ma'am," Seraph said in
her deep voice.
"It's just liked a happy ending in a faerie tale,"
SunRays chuckled, "Get it FAERIE tale!"
Lighthearted was the only person to laugh at
that joke. How CORNY!
Time For Home
Well thank goodness that is over. Whew, I
have had it up to here with blacking out. Seryn, The Faerie Queen, and Seryn's
pets were about to board a cloud car.
"Well bye!" Seraph said with a bright smile.
They boarded the car but Seryn stayed for a moment.
"Aren't you going to leave?" I asked, pointing
to the running car.
"Yes but…" she trailed off as she gave me this
huge hug that practically squeezed the life out of me. It was kind of nice.
When she let go of me she did something I didn't expect she gave me a kiss on
the cheek and said, "You're my hero." She quickly ran a stepped into the white
car. I just stood there with my hand on my hand on the spot where she kissed
me with a funny smile upon my face. I gave her a funny wave as the car headed
for the clouds of Faerie. Well, what do you know... I did get something out
of this.
