"No! I'm innocent, honest!" cried GalaxyNebula as the
two Police Chias tossed her into the back of the cruiser while she was still
clutching her Warf...
Well, I guess I sort of skipped too far ahead.
But it did happen, and we did free her! Or did we? Muahaha...*cough*...sorry.
If you want to find out how all this happened and turned out just read it...
It started like any other day. I got out of bed
and looked out of the window. It wasn't the prettiest place in Neopia, but the
Haunted Woods looked kind of neat in the morning. The dark green trees blew
in the morning wind. I looked down at the ground and smiled when the dirt wasn't
the same colour as the trees. I had spent hours planting a beautiful garden
full of Dragon Buds and Mordongos. After looking at the garden I went downstairs
for breakfast. I saw my three Neopets reading a copy of The Neopian Times (I
had to get three different subscriptions to stop them from fighting) while our
Robo-Quiggle made us breakfast.
"Hey too_kule, you just got to read this comic,
it's so funny!" exclaimed SilverEmerald, my silver Peophin who is also the oldest.
"No, everyone knows that the continued series
are the best!" argued GoldenRhino, my yellow Tonu who is second oldest.
"I'm going to stay out of this," mumbled
GalaxyNebula my brown Grundo, who was the youngest.
"OK, have you fed Bubblegum, Snowberry-Splime
and Wild?" I asked them referring to their Petpets. "I didn't spend those thousands
of NP, just to have them starve to death."
"You didn't spend money on them! Wild you got
from the Advent Calendar awhile ago, Snowberry-Splime was won from the Wheel
of Mediocrity and Bubblegum was gotten-"
"I did pay for two of the Petpet Paintbrushes.
But did you feed them?" I asked, while knowing the answer.
"Nope!" said SilverEmerald.
"Nope!" said GoldenRhino.
"I did. I also fed his Donksaur and his Doglefox
Oh and TK," GalaxyNebula said calling me by my nickname, "Bubblegum has a funny
kind of bump on its ear. Can you check it out?"
"Of course," I said as I walked up to her Warf.
It looked perfectly fine except for an odd bump on its ear. "Hmmmm...I'm no
doctor but I think it has a case of the Lumps. I just don't know if Petpets
could get Lumps. If it doesn't go down by tomorrow then I'll take it down to
the Neopian Hospital. And GalaxyNebula, good job telling me."
"Suck-up," muttered GoldenRhino.
"I'll pretend I didn't hear that. I think since
you've been so good today GalaxyNebula, you can choose what game we play,"
I told her.
"Um...Kacheek Seek! Well, only if that's OK with
you two," she said to the other two.
"No way, you were the good one so you choose
the game. Kacheek Seek is OK with me, and I'm sure it's the same with them,"
I told her.
"Breakfast is served!" said our Robo-Quiggle
in its mechanical voice. So we sat down for our breakfast, completely unaware
how this day was going to end.

Right after our breakfast we left to go play Kacheek Seek in the main area
of the Haunted Woods. GalaxyNebula was clutching Bubblegum, her Pink Warf.
SilverEmerald and GoldenRhino thought it'd be
better if they left their Petpets at home.
"Time to hide!" cried SilverEmerald as him and
the others ran into hiding places while I had my eyes shut.
"5-4-3-2-1...OK, I'm ready...I think someone's
inside the big haunted house," I guessed.
"NOPE!" chorused all three of them. Then I noticed
a little pink thing sticking out from behind a tree trunk.
"GalaxyNebula! I know you're behind that stump!"
I called in that direction.
"You found me!" she giggled as she ran over toward
me.
"OK..." I muttered as I scanned the woods. I
heard a faint ringing, but I ignored it. I had to find my Neopets.
"OK, I hear some rustling around inside of that
big cave. Is anyone in there?" I asked out into the darkness.
"Awww..." mumbled SilverEmerald as he ran out
of the cave toward me. Then again I heard that ringing, but I ignored it again
even though it was getting louder.
"Only a little Tonu to find...could that little
Tonu be behind the Brain Tree?"
"Why would I hide behind that ugly beast?"
"Don't yell that too loud! OK, behind that tree?
With Edna?" I called out again.
"You wish..." called GoldenRhino's voice.
"Then...I know! You must be in that little forest."
"About time!" he called as he ran to me and the
others. Then the ringing started getting louder yet, until I realised it wasn't
ringing. It was the sound of sirens! A Chia Police Cruiser drove up and two
Chias walked out. They were clearly Police Chias because of their hats and their
Rainbow Guns. One remained by the vehicle while the other walked up to us.
"I'm officer Marcie-Vella of the Chia Police.
It seems that some Neopet here was involved in some criminal activity. We've
come to take that Neopet away. Their owner's named too_kule, have you heard
of him?" she asked, completely unaware of the state of shock I was in.
"I'm too_k-kule! W-what's the p-problem?" I stammered.
"Your Grundo is that Neopet who's committed the
crime," she said as her partner walked up, "We have to take her away, sorry..."
she said even though I knew she wasn't sorry.
"No! I'm innocent, honest!" cried GalaxyNebula
as the two Police Chias tossed her into the back of the cruiser while she was
still clutching her Warf.
"You've made a mistake! GalaxyNebula wouldn't
hurt a fly! She can't even go near Fantastic Fly Pie!" I yelled as the car drove
away.
"What are we going to do know?" asked SilverEmerald
.
"We're going to Neopia Central...to fix this
injustice," I told him.
