Time to Give Your Best Shot On Go Go Go!

by kaixin_mei

As you all know that Cheat this game is quite easy to get for trophy, now is the time for you all to add another trophy to your cabinet. As you see, most of the games are according to high scores, so it is kind of difficult to get trophies for those games involving high scores. Now for this game, Go Go Go!, it is actually quite easy to play but you must have patience and of course a bit luck as this is in the category of Luck and Chance.

Firstly you must know this, you have to be the first one to win the game in order to go to the next level or else you have to replay the game if one of the other three players win. Secondly, to begin the game, each player is dealt 9 cards. Three cards in your hand, 3 cards in your Face Ups and 3 cards in your Face Downs. The remaining cards are placed in the Draw Pile. Those Face Downs are cards, which you do not know what they are. So it is purely depends on chances.

How to play the game:

On your turn, you must play a card that is equal to or higher than the card that is on top of the Stack Pile. You may play multiple cards during your turn, but only if the card ranks match (i.e. you can play 3 sixes). There is a Draw Pile, so during the start of the game, when you play a card, you will have to draw a card from the Draw Pile. If you play 2 cards, you will be given 2 cards from the Draw Pile until the Draw Pile is empty. Once the Draw Pile is empty, you can play as normal except your cards won't be added on already. If it is your turn and you can not make a legal play, then you must pick up all of the cards in the Stack Pile and the turn moves to the next player.

You can not play from your Face Up cards until the Draw Pile is empty and you have played all of the cards in your hand. Once you have reached this point, you may play a card from your Face Up cards. All of the same game rules still apply, although you can only play one card at a time from your Face Up and Face Down cards. If it is your turn and you can not make a play from your Face Up cards, then the lowest card in your Face Ups is placed on the Stack Pile and the Stack Pile is then given to you. If this happens, you will not be able to play from your Face Ups again until you have finished playing the cards that are now in your hand.

Once you have finally played all of your Face Up cards, you can begin to play from your Face Downs. The most challenging part is that you do not get to see what the card is. You have to blindly play the card and hope that it is a legal play. If the card that you pick is not a legal play, then you have to pick up the entire Stack Pile and begin playing from your hand again. You can not begin playing from your Face Downs until you have finished playing all of the cards that are now in your hand!

Tips:

1. Clearing The Pile: If you are able to play 4 cards of the same rank, then the Stack Pile is cleared and you get to have another turn. The same applies if you complete a set that is on top of the Stack Pile. For instance, if the top 2 cards on the Stack Pile are sevens, and you play 2 sevens on top of those, then the Stack Pile is cleared and you get another go!

2. Twos: These card are very helpful. They are wildcards, and can be played on top of any other card EXCEPT for a three! A three has to go with a number that is an odd number, either a three or bigger than three but it has to be an Odd number. (3, 5, 7, 9, Jack or King).

3. Fours: If the top card on the Stack Pile is a four, then the next player must play an even valued card.(2, 4, 6, 8, 10, Queen or Ace)

4. Tens: If you play a ten, then the Stack Pile is cleared and you get to go again!

5. Seeing other players' cards: As you can see the cards that are Face Ups, try to give cards to the next player that they don't have, so that they have to pick up piles.

6. Patience: This game requires a lot of patience, so be prepared to give your time to this game. As you can see, I really give my time to this game and I got a gold trophy. Why not give your best shot?

7. Newbie: This is the time for you all to earn Neopoints. When you get to the next stage, you can earn Neopoints. Even you don't get to the next stage, you can get to earn some Neopoints, Provided that you don't be the last one to finish the cards.

This is indeed a fantastic game to play as it really train up my patience. Nice job done for this special game. Good work, Neopets Team. Give yourselves a pat on the shoulder.
