Stop Fuzzing Around!

by pasonia

As Zygorax, it's really hard to keep those Fuzzles in range as they never seem to stop their onslaught. Worse, even before you reached the 5th station, your walker already collapsed! So what to do? Experience told me a few things about playing this great game, and this guide can help you go to at least the 9th station if you follow it carefully, but I don't expect step-by-step play.

To 1st station

The easiest of easiest. If you realise you couldn't even keep to 10 straight hits, then brother you better switch to "Low" quality. This is the only way, and in this game you had to CONCENTRATE! You rack up your shots to 20*3, then get the bonus, then hit 2 Fuzzles and take bonus, keep repeating until you reach the station. Follow this and you will be able to get 82-93 points. Use the VirtuCreds to upgrade your MegaGun to level 2, get a Repair Droid, and buy a Shield if possible. Do not use the shield yet!!!

To 2nd station

Do the same thing except that you can rack up more score since there is more distance. You should be able to get at least 100-110 points. After that, upgrade your MegaGun to level 3, and buy more shields with leftover VirtuCreds. Also get the side radar now. Get ready your fingers at button "b" and "n"!!!

To 3rd station

Rack until you get 10-hit bonus and be sure to make use of the two buttons. They'll come from off-screen sides and will require you to turn the screen to shoot. I'll talk more at station 9. Here, you do not need to upgrade your MegaGun. Instead, buy Stun Bombs, Shields, and smart bombs. Be prepared but you might not need them now. Do not use them yet. Also, prepare to double-click on Fuzzles as the Ultimate Evil Fuzzle will require that technique.

From 4th to 5th station

You will continue your score-racking tactics but once you see dark-colored Fuzzles you upgrade your MegaGun to level 4. The Ultimate Evil Fuzzle will only die at 3 shots if the MegaGun is still at level 3. At level 4 your gun will shoot down the Black and Ultimate Evil Fuzzles with 2 shots. By now your total score should have been 490-540 points at Station 5.

From 6th to 8th station

Follow as above and take at 10*3 all the time. If you want to get 15-25*3, at 400m before reaching a station keep hitting the Fuzzles and before you approach the station you take the final bonus. Be sure you take it! But from here on, the Shields, Smart Bombs and Stuns Bombs will come into effect as the off-screen Fuzzles will be a threat. Take my word for it, your points will be at at least 700, at most 900-odd. Some more to go!!!

From 9th to 10th station

Now, your radar will tell you that a Fuzzle is coming down from the far right but even your shots will not be effective. Stun Bombs are the answer. Use the items, Stun Bombs first (so the off-screen Fuzzles will be at range), Shields up (so even if they hit you will take no damage), and the Smart Bombs (they can clear even off-screen Fuzzles too!!!). Rack up if possible (should be since these tactics work for me), and then if your score is over 1,000, give up unless you want hi-score, which isn't possible since they are fixing up the table right now!

If you do give up, directly click "Next" and then go to your main browser(s) to surf other pages. After 2-4 clicks, the game will tell you that your walker collapsed. You can then send score and get a thousand NP!!! Cool! Get 3,000 NP everyday!!!

You can count on me, I will be available almost every weekend so Neomail me if you are having problems. This is pasonia the Unofficial Lieutanant-General of Zone 1 Sector 5, Virtupets Space Station here and I shall sign off for now! Bye!
