Haggling is quite simple, IF you know how to do it. For instance, using the
Shop Wizard to get Faeries is just plain STUPID, as they are overpriced by thousands
of NP, therefore, the logical way to buy Faeries is at Kauvara's potion shop,
where Faeries are never any more then 900NP.
NEVER EVER IN YOUR LIFE should you buy clothes, CDs or anything from the gift
shop, until, of course, the is an announcement that you will actually be able
to use them. There is one exception to this rule. It is ok to buy them if they
are UNDER 5NP.
Top 5 ways to save NP
1. Never send your score in any game unless you have over 100 points,
except Ice, Faerie and Uber Faerie Caves, in which case send your score if you
get over 5 points
2. DO NOT BUY FAERIES FROM THE SHOP WIZARD!!!!!!
3. No matter how cheap they are, omelettes are always cheaper at the
giant omelette
4. Don't buy Plastic Butter Knives because instead of doing damage
in the Battledome, they just break
5. Don't waste your Neopoints on PetPets
NEVER buy Healing potions from the Water Faerie. She over prices them quite
a bit. You can save yourself the trouble of going all the way to Faerieland
to buy over priced potions (some of them which your pet won't even like and refuse
to take), by going to buy a healing potion (I, II and III) from Kauvara.

how to haggle wisely, well, now it will.
Haggling is quite simple, IF you know how to use it… just kidding!!! Try starting
with a good, round number, (1, 5, 10, 25, 50, 75, etc.), then go up by 5s, 10s,
15s, even 20s. In no time, you'll have gotten the item you wanted at a low,
reasonable price.
