I've read many articles about the so-called "Shadow Government" but no one
has mentioned who the Shadow Government's leaders are. I think I've found the
answer. Mika and Carassa, the two seemingly harmless Chia's that live in their
cozy Terror Mountain igloo.
I visit their garage sell often and wonder, how much stuff can one igloo hold?
And they say they have an attic, it would seem more realistic for an igloo to
have a secret back door then an attic. Perhaps a secret back door where their
various minions could set down items that they have "collected" from Neopia.
Their garage sell (and in case you haven't noticed, they have no garage) seemed
so outrageous I checked the news archives and found out that it started January
7th 2001! It's almost been a year since the beginning of it.
And if they feel it's so cold, why don't they just move and donate all their
stuff to the Money Tree? Also, it says they have been avid collectors of Neopian
items for many years, then why do they sell items that have only been introduced
recently to Neopia? This is highly suspicious if you ask me. I mean, they haven't
moved yet!
And, yes, they do sell expensive items for a cheap price, but they also sell
cheap items for an expensive price! I've seen bottle's of black sand being sold
for over 2,000 NP! And always somehow they manage to sell it because soon enough
Carassa will be complaining to her husband to hurry up! Poor innocent Newbies
may stumble into that garage sale and think it's a good deal and buy tombola
junk (which was a new edition to Neopia after Mika and Carassa started their
garage sale) at a high price! I feel that this is cruelty to Newbies.
"Where do they get all of these items?" some of you may ask. From the Pant Devil, of course. Or perhaps the swamp ghoul, or any other minion that steals
items from neopian's when they least expect it. Mika and Carassa look nice,
simple, and sweet but in reality they are the smugglers of Neopia. Selling books,
trading cards, and other items for NP, which they dispose of at their will.
But, what if they are under the power of someone else? What if these criminal
masterminds are actually minions of someone far worse? For our sake, let's hope
not.
"Should we still buy their items?" Of course we should. Even though they may
be stolen items, we all have had a visit from the Pant Devil so why not get
our items back? Some advice to follow is to never buy anything over 100 NP because
it may not be worth it. Unless you are for sure you can get that item for a
better price (for example faeries at 400NP is a very good deal) I wouldn't risk
it. Be sure to put valuable items out of the Pant Devil's reach and Happy New
Year! |
