It was a normal day in Neopia. My young Usul, Lady_Lothlorien, tugged on my
skirt and begged, "Mommy, Mommy, let's go to Faerieland!!" I looked down at
into her big blue eyes as she gave me the pout face. How could I resist? I picked
her up and gave her a smile. "Okay, let's Go..." This was the beginning of what
would become an obsession for Lorien.
We walked around Faerieland. We went into Faerie City. Lorien noticed a big
sign with the words Employment Agency. She became excited and decided
this was the place she wanted to go. We walked through the double doors and
looked around. We walked into a busy room. There were two desks. Each had a
sign above the desk. The first was labeled Basic Jobs. The second was
Super Jobs.
"So I guess this means you want to get a job, right?" She nodded her head vigorously.
We walked up to the Basic Jobs desk and browsed through the jobs. She picked
her first job. Ever since then I cannot pull her away!!
Ahh. Now that we have that out of the way... ^_^
The Employment Agency can be a great way to earn Neopoints a day. That is if
you know what you are doing. Now do not get me wrong. This is not rocket science!
However, you do need to know a little bit about some common Items in Neopia.
Or else, You might lose some Neopoints.
In order to be successful in completing your job, these guidelines might be
useful:
1. Choose Carefully:
a. Time: Make sure that the job you choose gives you enough time to finish the
job successfully. Don't pick a job that has to be done in less than 6 minutes.
Just to play it safe!!!
b. Money: Don't base the job you pick solely on amount of Neopoints you will
receive in return for completing the job. If the reward is high, most likely
the price of the items you have to purchase will be too.
c. Items: Know the Items you are buying. If they are going to cost more than
your reward. Don't choose that one.... Leave it for someone else to get… teeheehee
^_^!
2. Be Quick:
A great advantage of finishing quickly is that your reward money is heightened.
So, as soon as you get the job, get too it and start doing your job. If you
get a job that has to be done in 60 minutes, try to get that job done in less
than 10 minutes. A reward is guaranteed for finishing quickly. Also make sure
you are quick in your decision on picking a job.... They go fast!!
3. Games:
Don't pick a game unless you know you are good at that game. If you accidentally
get a game and you know you are going to fail the job. Quit the job and pay
the fee of 200 NP.
