The Ultimate Trophy Guide

by wssapjeproduction

GAMES ROOM - Admit it. We all love trophies. They make your lookup cool, and most of the trophies look awesome. But don't worry or get discouraged when you see someone with tons of trophies when you only have a few, if any at all. You are about to find out the way to get 10+ trophies. Over my time here, I have learned a lot, and have written a little guide to ensure you at least 10 trophies. These are the easiest to get, and should not take you very long at all.

Card Games

Pyramids is a really fun game to play, and it is very easy to learn. All you have to do is discard the 28 face-up cards in your pyramid into the target pile. The game is over when you have no more cards in your draw pile, or you clear the pyramid (discard all of the cards in your pyramid). You can get 2 different types of trophies from this game. If you clear the pyramid twice, you get a bronze trophy. Clear it 5 times to get a silver trophy, and clear it twice in a row to get the gold trophy. The other type of trophy is for cumulative points. Usually you have to have over 8-10 million points to get this trophy, so only attempt this trophy if you have a lot of free time.

Sakhmet Solitaire doesn't need much explaining, because I'm sure most of the people here have played solitaire before. The trophies are awarded in the same manner as Pyramids. Clear it twice for a bronze, 5 times for a silver, and two times in a row for the gold. For the cumulative you will probably need around 8-10 million points.

Cheat is a fun game with a really nice trophy. You might have played games like this before, i.e., "Baloney." I am not going to take the time to explain all the rules, because they are stated quite clearly in rules section of the game. This game is a 4-player game, you against 3 computer players. You will play 9 other players in 7 rounds. Win the 3rd round to get the bronze trophy. Win the 5th round to get the silver trophy, and you get the gold trophy by beating all the rounds. Also, when you beat the first round, you will get a cool secret avatar of Capara.

Go!Go!Go! has one of the coolest looking trophies out of all of these. The rules are hard to explain, so I suggest you take good look at them before you play. In this game, you play 8 rounds against 10 people. You get a bronze trophy after beating the second round and the silver trophy after round 5. Beat all 8 rounds and you get the gold trophy.

Strategy Games

Snow Wars is incredibly simple. If you have ever played Battleship, then you will have no problem beating this game. There are 10 opponents for you to beat, and every time you beat one, you win 2 snowballs. You get the runners-up medal after beating round 2 and a bronze after round 5. Beat round 7 to get a silver trophy, and beat all 10 people to get the gold trophy.

Cellblock is a fairly easy game, but it takes awhile, so most people give up. That is why it is great to have a champion trophy in this game; not many people have it. It is basically like a large version of tic-tac-toe, only you need to get 5 in a row and the playing field is 10x10. There are 8 people you must defeat. When you have defeated the 4th person, you get a runners-up medal. You must defeat all 8 to get the bronze trophy. Congratulations! You have completed Tournament 1. You want the Gold Trophy, right? Well, in order to get the gold trophy; you must get to Tournament 11. Yes, you have to beat all 8 people over again 10 more times. When you are on Tournament 11 beat the 4th opponent and you get your silver trophy. Beat the 8th person, Master Vex, for the 11th time to get your gold trophy. This may seem hard, but there are easy strategies to beat this game quickly. I was able to win each game in an average of 8 moves. Unfortunately, any strategy only works on Tournaments 1-10. Starting at Tournament 11, you need to do it all yourself. It may take a couple of tries, but you will be able to do it.

Battledome

The easiest trophy to get is also one that might take you anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours. It is the Punchbag Bob trophy. The good thing is there are no 2nd or 3rd place trophies in this, only champion. All you need to do is go to the Battledome and fight Punchbag Bob. You will never get hurt, because he has no weapons to attack you with, but he has 5,000 Hit points. Once you hurt him all 5,000 HP, then you will get your trophy. I say that you ask some friends if they have any good multiple-weapons, because with weak weapons it will take a long time.

Another trophy from the Battledome is the Defenders of Neopia trophy. For this trophy, you must defeat the Pant Devil in the Battledome, who has a modest 20 HP. To get him to challenge you, he must steal an item from you. The best way to get him to do this is at the Wheel of Excitement. Once he challenges you, defeat him, and go to the Defenders of Neopia Headquarters and "Claim your Prize." You will be awarded with a trophy. There are currently 9 people in Defenders of Neopia to defeat.

Miscellaneous

Another easy trophy is The Neopian Times trophy. Again, there are no 2nd or 3rd place trophies, only champion. All you need to do is write a good article that people would be interested in and that has something to do with Neopets. Submit it to the Neopets Team, and if they accept it, you get a nice shiny trophy.

Here are two more that are easy, but you have to be fast. In Lenny Conundrum, you have to solve a math problem, riddle, or some other question. Be one of the first 250 people to do this and you get a trophy, an item, and some Neopoints. In Mystery Pic, you will see a very close-up, blurry picture of some image on Neopets, and you have to guess what it is. Be within the first 500 people to get the right answer and you will get the trophy, some Neopoints, and an item.

Lastly is Better Than You. Every Thursday, Neopets picks a certain game and sets a score you must beat. Be within the first 500 people to beat the score and get a trophy. If you are one of the first ten, you get a gold trophy, 20,000 Neopoints, and an item. If you are anywhere in between the 11th-50th person, you get 10,000 Neopoints, a silver trophy, and an item. Anyone from 51st place to 500th place gets 3,000 Neopoints, a bronze trophy, and an item.

Of course, all of the non-sponsored flash games give out trophies. If a game has a high score table, you can get a trophy in it. All you need to do to get a trophy in a flash game is have your score be in the top 17 when the night is over. If you are in 1st-3rd place, you get a first place trophy. If you get 4th-7th, you get a second place trophy, and 8th-17th gets you a third place trophy.

I hope that this has helped you in your never-ending quest for trophies. I have much more to say, but it would take pages upon pages to write down. If you have any questions about trophies, feel free to Neomail me.
