I plan to describe every freezing weapon in Neopia!!!!! MUAHAHAHAHAHA. This week
I am describing all the multiple use and single use freezing items. The format
is the same as the past article. I'm adding the reliability and the Neopian Description.
NOTE: Single Use items will disappear after you use it. Multiple Use items
will be there forever.
Single Use Items
SLAVE COLLAR This is great item to use! I use it against Kauvara and
I usually win. OK, this is a 100% Chance freezing item… BUT! You use it once
and POOF! Gone!
Neopian Description:
Keep your opponent in line with this slave collar, for one round they will
do your bidding.
Cheap= 3 8,000
Freezing= 5
Attack= 0
Reliability= Single Use=1
Rating= 3
Pro: Its 100% Freeze! Use it in a Defenders of Neopia Battle if you are losing.
Con: 8000 NP for a Single Use Item? Uhhhhh…
MEMORY BLASTER This is an upgrade of the slave collar. Upgrade in price
too. It has a 100% chance of freezing and also will do two fire icons. I would
recommend Slave collar or a Frost Cannon more than this.
Neopian Description:
The Memory Blaster will make your opponent forget who, what, and where they
are for a couple of minutes.
Cheap= 2 27,000
Freezing= 5
Attack= 1
Reliability= Single Use=1
Rating= 2
Pro: Ummmm, Does 2 fire icons?
Con: The High price and low attack makes the Slave collar better.
AMULET OF CHAOS This is bad, bad, and for something different, very bad. This
doesn't deserve a space in my article. This doesn't even have a 100% chance
of freeze! It can do one of 3 things.
1. Freeze
2. Heal you 2 hp
3. Heal your opponent 2 hp
4. Take away 2 hp from you
5. Take away 2 hp from your opponent
Neopian Description:
This is a powerful stone from troubled times. It may help you win or cost
you the match... will you take the risk?
My opinion

Rating= 1
Pro: Nothing
Con: Expensive, unreliable, random, and single use.
That is it for all of the Single use freezing items. If you have more SINGLE

Multiple Use Items
ICE DICE I would recommend this if you are rich, a chance taker, and
like to freeze for multiple turns. The description says it should break but
no one has proved that yet. It was in the hidden tower but neopets decided to
retire it… (Crickets chirping)… (Audience silent)… Ohhh The Horror!!!! Why?!?

Neopian Description:
Throw them in the Battledome… get a 7 and they vanish, but what happens if
you get a 2, 3, or 11?? :)
Cheap= 1 (Trading price 1,700,000)(or more)
Freezing=4
Attack= 0
Reliability= Multiple use =5
Rating= 3
Pro: Has the ability to freeze multiple turns
Con: The High price makes a Hypno Helmet a good alternative.
ELEPHANTE STUNRAY This is my personal favorite. I have one equipped
to my Elephante. It's for elephantes only though. It can dish out 8 icons while
having a possibility of freezing! The price is 13,000 NP! This Item should be
about 400,000 NP!!
Neopian Description:
*BBBBZZZZZAAAAPP* A bolt of fire and ice will shoot out of this gun at your
enemy - you never know you may even stun them for one round!
Cheap= 3 13,000 NP
Freezing=2
Attack= 5
Reliability= Multiple use =5
Rating= 4
Pro: The high attack and the chance of freezing!
Con: When you equip this, you can't equip any other freezing items.
