Here is my page for Kysa and Katie about the monarchy okay? (: This is the brief outline of the past 980 years, very very brief. I want to write up more. Hahaha, I could write BOOKS about this.
The Lost Years
Pre - 000AB
Nothing is known of before 000AB okay? No monarchy. Nothing to see here.
Age of War
000AB - 136AB
The first dated King was who started the war's name was Epolonius I, who reigned from 000AB - 026AB, with a bloody and ruthless reign.
He was very pro-war; and was the original who started the war.
Now he had two sons, both of which took the throne at some point.
Lacuna & Dante
Lacuna ruled for three years from the age 15 to 18 between 026AB - 028AB, when he was murdered by his brother, Dante.
Dante ended up ruling for a further 52 years, from 028AB - 080AB, under which he introduced the death penalty for almost everything.
His favourite granddaughter then took over, her name was Askoa, and she married a man named Jove - they both co-ruled between 080AB - 103AB
They were most famous for The Slave Trade and for Human Candles - dipping people in tar and placing a wick on their head.
Their only son they named Epolonius II, and he ruled when Askoa abdicated after near assassination.
He was from 103AB - 136AB, when he died alone and poor from having spent the years squandering all of his money on the army.
The way raged viciously throughout this whole period.
The Grey Period
137AB - 201AB
First king called Grey I, and he was the cousin of Epolonius IIs son. He accepted the throne for fault there were no other direct heirs, and accepted it in all of it's poverty at the time.
London's army slowed during his reign between 137AB - 201AB, which made up the entire era.
Tax went right up in this period, and the people of London did suffer for loosing the war terribly in these 64 years.
But after not too long, they got out of their recession - and after Grey Is death - they were back to normal.
The Blue Period
202AB - 314AB
The Blue Period starts off with a Queen, who was Grey Is daughter, and her name was Eveon I who ruled for 15 years, from 202AB - 217AB
Her first act was to get rid of the death penalty.
She was greatly loved by everyone, and named The Golden Queen for her beauty and promise - but died an early death at the age of 29 from sickness.
Her daughter who took over was Eveon II, who although was more stunning than Eveon I, was only six years old when she took the throne, and spent her thirty years running being hopeless.
She ruled from 217AB - 247AB, and did absolutely nothing apart from have many husbands.
The next in line to the throne was her brother's son, Noah I, who ruled from 247AB - 299AB, and famously died on Christmas Day.
During his reign, he became a famous collector of art and poetry, and married a younger girl by the name of Abbeline, who took over the throne at his death from 299AB - 300AB, but then sadly promptly died a few months later from a curse set upon her by a Shaman.
Her eldest daughter Caroline took over the throne for 14 years, between 300AB - 314AB until she abdicated by request from her younger brother's son.
Romantic Era
315AB - 375AB
Grey II was the first of the Romantic Era, and named the Merry Monarch.
He ruled from 315AB - 359AB.
He was a great lover of fashion - and introduced fine arts and plays, and sport, and makeup to the era.
It was fashionable at the time to wear wigs, and a lot of makeup, and Grey II was a lover of this.
He broke the wedding rules, as had three wives at once, only one of which called herself Queen Winter, but was only so from 328AB - 359AB
When Grey II died, he gave the throne to his similar son, who played around - but brought a unique joy upon London.
Auspex I is most famous for being more of a celebrity rather than a King and he ruled from 359AB - 375AB, and it was he who invested great amounts in building palaces and beautiful architecture.
He was a very artistic king, and had great visions for London, and it was he that made it such a beautiful city that it was today.
He liked to personally design the architecture, and he personally wrote plays, and was an amazing artist.
The House of Manette
376AB - 399AB
Auspex Is son, Auspex II was to take the throne next, and is probably one of the most famous Kings.
He ruled from 376AB - 399AB, and was a part of one of the most famous scandals ever.
For it was he that agreed to sign a secret Peace Deal with the Queen of Paris of the time, Celeste Manette to whom he was deeply in love with.
However, Parisian revolutionaries caught on just before it were signed, and she was taken off and executed.
So nothing ever came of it.
But since then he was known as The Broken Hearted King, for he died very quickly after.
Age of Invention
400AB - 638AB
The first monarch of the Age of Invention was Charles I, who was basically a pioneer in invention - as he funded the study into the power of steam, which from that point onwards took over as the primary power source.
Charles, nicknamed Charlie of Steam, ruled from 400AB - 471AB, which is a record.
The throne then passed on to his youngest daughter, Katie who changed her name to Rose halfway through her ruling as Queen.
She ruled from 471AB - 504AB, and continued the work on steam - but was an avid lover of science.
It was she that pioneered in astronomical studies, as many planets are now named after her.
The throne next went to her sister, Charlotte I who ruled for just one year from 504AB - 505AB, who then gave it to her son.
Her son's name being Caecus, who was without doubt the most classic king, as he dressed in clothing more fitting of the Romantic Era.
Similarly, he walked around and listened to fine classical music, and enjoyed poetry and art.
He was known as The Sad King, or even the Modern Auspex, after Auspex II.
He ruled for 18 years, starting from the age of 14 - and ruled between the years 505AB - 519AB
It then went to his daughter, after Caecus died of haemophilia and bled to death after being bitten by a dog.
His daughter's name was Rachel I, who reigned from 519AB - 555AB.
She was a pioneer in exploration, as it was under her order that explorers were sent out to scale the mountains outside and discover what lay beyond their world outside.
They never returned, but that was okay because this queen still encouraged scientific discovery back at home, and even made links with Parisians to put their science together as one.
She married a philosopher, and had two sons with him, the crown which passed onto her youngest when she died.
Angelo I, who ruled from 555AB - 589AB, and was a great believer in astrology & the voids.
He was named the Secretive King, for what he was famous for was being not very public at all.
He never gave public speeches, and his advisers did all the work for him. He just spent most of his reign shut up in his room. He never married, but did have a lover by the name of George I - who took over Angelo's throne when he passed away, although he was very old at the time and lasted only three years from 589AB - 592AB
George's youngest brother, George II then took over on his death, and ruled from 592AB - 600AB.
But then abdicated and gave the position to his son, George III, who ruled from 600AB - 638AB
Age of Darkness
639AB - 731AB
Areignonic Era
732AB - 774AB
This was a particularly vicious era for war, with high death tolls on both sides, and many famous battles, but none more so than the battle of Areignon.
For this entire era there was just one Queen, Queen Verres who ruled the entire time.
This was the great era of the movement of the war, and after years and years of growing hatred between the two cities. This era was what burst from it.
Verres was an incredible military leader.
The Atomic Age
775AB - 897AB
The start of the atomic age was with the genius king, Andronicus I, who ruled from 775AB - 796AB.
He was a lover of science, and put a lot of money into it's studies.
However in 795AB he married a girl named Petra I, and after his suspicious early death the next year, she took over and ruled from 796AB - 820AB
When she died, her son from another father took over the throne.
His name was Rodolphus I, and he ruled from 820AB - 823AB, until he died in a freak accident.
The throne was then given to his eldest son, Rodolphus II, who ruled from 823AB - 829AB, when he abdicated (under his advisor's recommendation) and gave the throne to his younger brother Charles II.
Charles II then went on the rule from 839AB - 846AB, during which he was a bit of a party-er.
He then gave the throne to his daughter on her 18th birthday, as he'd always promised as she'd grown up, and her name was Lupercus I, known as the Wolf Queen, as it was rumoured she was in fact a werewolf.
She ruled from 846AB - 866AB, until the day it was proved that she actually was a werewolf and she was forced to abdicate.
Her daughter then took the throne, Amelia I, who ruled from 866AB - 898AB.
She was a very romantic queen, despite being a very young queen - and halfway through her reign married her childhood love.
He then became the King, named Charles III, and they co ruled in perfect harmony from 870AB - 898AB.
They then joint abdicated, and gave the position to their son, Andronicus II.
The Modern Era
898AB - Present
Andronicus II was the first of the modern era, and was a curious case.
He ruled from 898AB - 950AB, and harboured himself 9 wives in total.
From each he had children, and each of his wives died a horrible and gruesome death. Two were executed for treason, others were merely accidentally pushed off battlements, and accidentally fed poison. And each were queen at some point in their marriage.
All died except for his last, whos name was Marcius, who stuck with him as in the later years of his life went mental and was unable to rule.
She stood in, caring for him, and doing most of the ruling for him.
So she stands at being Queen between 929AB - 950AB
Next however, the line went to Andronicus IIs eldest child from his second wife, who was called Andronicus III and ruled from 950AB - 976AB
He was known as the Powerful King, but also the Rude King, and was not favoured by those closest to him.
Especially since he frequently had people killed.
However he was short lived cause of assassination.
The throne went to his oldest child, Teodoricus II, known as the Princess King, who is currently ruling.
