"Aye," Morrie the Messdeck Meerca declared. "I'm just as good a chef as any of those waisters down at The Golden Dubloon. I'll be showin' them!" After failing to impress the management with his "unique" collection of recipies, Morrie vowed he would one day get back at The Golden Dubloon. "Avast, if I were to break in and steal their precious recipies, I'd be teachin' those scallywags a lesson, that's for certain!" Determined to avenge his most humbling rejection, Morrie plotted and schemed until one day, he felt he was ready... Dusting off his Usul costume from last Halloween, Morrie gathered his Dubloons and headed for the restaurant. As he entered the door, the beautiful Loretta Fontaine walked by and said, "Right this way sir, let me show you to your table." Following behind her, Morrie saw the happy faces of the diners as they stuffed themselves with mouthfuls of food. "Here you go," Loretta said, handing him a menu, "for starters, would you like anything to drink?"
"Ahoy, I think I'll be havin' a grog light," Morrie said as he looked over the menu. "You know, gotta watch me waistline." "One grog light," Loretta said, "coming right up!" As soon as she'd headed for the kitchen, Morrie began scheming up a way to sneak into the back and steal their recipes. "Hmm... the toilets are just across from the doors to the kitchen. I could make like I were on me way to the little pirate's room, then swing back when no one's lookin' and enter the kitchen." "Here ye go, a grog light." Loretta said as she set the mug down. "Have ye decided what to eat yet?" "Erm, methinks I'll be havin' a belt busting burger," Morrie answered. "Aye, good choice," Loretta replied, "One of me personal favourites." "Aye," Morrie thought, "I could be makin' a dash for the kitchen, but it seems a shame to waste all that food." So Morrie decided he'd eat first, then make his move. Besides, it was still dinner time; if he waited, there'd be less customers around, and less chances of getting caught. After gobbling up his burger, Morrie could hardly walk. Yet he hadn't forgotten why he was here in the first place. "Avast, I've got to be gettin' in that kitchen." With that, Morrie began making his way towards the loos; then at the last minute, when no one was looking, he slid past the double door and into the kitchen.
Sure enough, the glass shattered without anyone hardly batting an eye. After clearing away the glass from the windowsill, Morrie got up on the counter and began to crawl through the window. However, just as he was close enough to grab the box of recipes, Morrie realised that he was stuck. "Arr, I can't believe it!" Morrie grumbled. "What am I going to do?"
"Well," the familiar voice of Loretta Fontaine chuckled, "you can start by cutting down on the belt busting
burgers. Those things are murder on yer waistline...."

Making sure the staff hadn't seen him, Morrie creeped around until finding a door with a
sign reading, "MANAGER'S OFFICE." He turned the knob, but of course
it was locked. However, right next to the door, there was a square glass window looking into the
office. On the desk sat a metal box with the words "secret recipes" written on the
front. "I've got to get into that office!" he thought. "I know, I'll smash the glass...
people drop plates in restaurants all the time; no one will notice."
