NC Challenge FAQ 1) What are these Blank Tomes that I'm hearing so much about?

As you're probably aware, there's Trouble in Brightvale. Magon needs to create a portal to the future, and he needs all the help he can get. If you help test his portal, he may ask you for another favor - figure out what's written in the Blank Tomes. To do so, you will need a Magic Lens from the NC Mall. Read the book out to Magon, and he will award you with an exclusive NC item.

2) What do I get for reading the Blank Tomes?

For every book that you read to Magon, you will receive an exclusive NC prize. Reading each book will give you a different item, so if you read all the books, you will receive all the items.

3) Do I get different prizes for reading different books to Magon?

Yes! Magon will give you a different item for each book.

4) Does each book require a different Magic Lens?

The books cannot be read without a Magic Lens. You'll need one Magic Lens per book.

5) How long do I have to use my Magic Lens?

You will able to read a Blank Tome as long as you have a Magic Lens in your inventory. However the Blank Tome can only be acquired during the Trouble in Brightvale event, and the Magic Lens will only be on sale for a few days after you get the Blank Tome.

6) How many Blank Tomes are there?

You will find a Blank Tome every day that you appear for the event.

7) Why can't I do anything with my Magic Lens?

In order to use the Magic Lens you must have a Blank Tome in your inventory. If the Blank Tome is in your Safety Deposit Box, you will not be able to use your Magic Lens.

8) Why can't I do anything with my Blank Tome?

You will not be able to read the book until you purchase or are gifted a Magic Lens from the NC Mall.
