After careful consideration, I've decided that Minztaler will not be adopted out as a red cybunny. I'm sorry to do that to those of you who were hoping to adopt him in his current form, but I'm going to continue zapping him. Please Neomail me if you have specific questions.
The Lowdown
So, you've likely come here because you heard a rumor that I do not ask for applications for my wonderful fosters. And, I'm pleased to tell you that that rumor is 100% true! So, are you eligible and how do you apply? Read on to find out!
Eligibility
To be considered for one of my fosters, you must meet ALL of these qualifications. I'm sorry, but no exceptions. I have to make sure that these pets are going to good homes.

1. The accout that you wish to adopt the pet on must clearly be active. I do not mind if it is a side account as long as you take care of the pets on said account.
2. You must not be in violation of any of Neopets' Terms and Conditions.
3. The account must be over four months old. If you are obviously not a newbie and are a good owner, I may be willing to wait if your account is at least two months. Two months is the absolute minimum though.
4. I will check your account twice at random times. If your pets are sad/starving both times, you will be declared ineligible.
5. The account must have less than four pets, there is not any reason that I would make an exception. Do not pound a pet just to adopt mine.
6. You cannot be an active pet trader. (On occasion, I might make an exception if you thoroughly explain your situation.)
7. You main must have links to all of your side accounts.
8. There must be some form of personality for at least 2/3 of your pets. Even if it is just a couple of sentences, it has to be something.
9. If your pets have customized lookups or petpages, those are worth mucho brownie points.
Applicant Process
1. You must neomail me, KookyKoala123, from your main with a message including which acount you wish to adopt on. The subject of your neomail must be: "Miniature Horse: PETNAME"
2. I will let you know within two weeks of your neomail whether or not you will be placed in the applicant pool.
2. On or shortly after the deadline, I will use a random number generator to choose the new owner from the pool of eligible applicants.
Other Stuff You Should Know
I'm generally a nice person. Don't be afraid to neomail me! I only get annoyed when the question has been obviously answered here. I don't bite! (well maybe a little nibble)
