How Do I Send a NeoMail?
To send a NeoMail simply click on NeoMail (on the yellow toolbar), then click 'Send'. Enter the user name of the person you want to send a message to (they must be your NeoFriend) and the subject of your message. Then type your message in the large white box and press send when you have finished.

I Can't Use NeoMail, Chat, Or The Message Boards, Why?
From 20th April 2000, all players under 13 must have their parents' permission before they can use NeoMail, read the Message Boards, or use the chat program. This is because of a new law that has been passed (The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act). To continue having full access to Neopets, you need to print out a consent form and then mail or fax it back to us. For more information about this and to print out the consent form, click here.

I can't neomail my friend, it says its to stop mail bombing, help!
This is a precaution to stop people having their inbox flooded by people. It does not mean that you have done anything wrong. The person you are trying to Neomail must delete some of their messages in order to receive any new ones. They may have too many messages in their inbox, or in their folders. If they delete some of them, they will be able to receive messages as normal.

How do I contact my neofriend if his/her mailbox is full?
You need to wait for them to delete some of their neomessages. Try contacting them via the messageboards instead.

Can I block other users from contacting me?
Yes, if you want some extra privacy, you can go to 'Neomail' and select the Neofriends only option. This will block all users that aren't your neofriend. If you don't want to be contacted by anybody at all, just make sure you have no neofriends.

To enable this, or to disable this, click on 'Neomail' and then click on the link that says 'Now you can block senders by clicking here.'. Now you can either block an individual by typing in their username, or you can press the 'Only Allow NeoFriends' button to block everybody.
