Owner: lastwave Description: The Neopian Museum of Art is the life long work of the brilliant Phillipe de Kougra, its one and only director. Featuring the best in Paintings, Decorative Arts and Sculpture, the museum's collection is exhibited under the watchful eye of its small and eccentric staff. While the collection presently numbers 195 works of art, there a number of additional works that De Kougra would like to add as the staff seeks funds to purchase them. Phillippe adds, "There are many talented artists in Neopia, I hope you enjoy looking at this collection."
