CHEAT!!
By Lady_silvertounge

She sits at the table,
Wondering if she's able,
Waiting to see
If they cheat.

Little Timmy's eye twitches,
She calls his mistake, she's in stitches,
Past the Eyrie,
And Kyrii,
Hey, sweet!

Chuffer Bob,
Brucey B,
And Kalora the Kau
See that she just won't be beat.

Fernypoo huffs and gets
In a royal distress
When she is mightily licked
In Cheat!

Just two more to go,
Oh my, oh no,
Agent 00 is pulling
Some of his tricks!

But this one has been taught,
Not to be sold and bought...
She adds her own tricks
To the mix.

Now she's up against Spectre,
He stares at her, checks her,
Making sure that she
Will not lie.

She takes calming breaths
And does her best
To stiffen the side
Of her eye.

She places her last card,
On the table, old and scarred,
And looks in his face
to see

If it is true that she's won.
He nods, "It is done,
You have beaten Spectre,
Me."

She sees it is true,
Behold and lo,
She can barely stay
In her seat.

For she is at the top,
She didn't once stop,
In this marvellous game.
Of CHEAT!!!

Rink Runner Disaster
By Scenette

What number of notes can you catch?
I think it may be one or two.
I am a Bruce; I'm blue, but skilled.
Rink Runner: what I live to do!
It's a difficult task,
Near impossible to master!
Dancing forever, 'til the end!
The thud of my boot hits the ice,
And the notes entice me further...
Surrounding my ear drums, I dance.
I let my flippers take me there.
I flap my wings; keep me steady!
One fatal mistake will end it!
I must win, oh, I must succeed!
The tinkle of notes grows slower;
I am afraid my skill is
About to be taken from me!
My practising will go to waste...
What will become of me? My life?
I skip a step -- no! -- it's over...!
My wings, they flap -- am I saved yet? --
And land gracefully, while hitting
The very last note of the game.

Dieter the Polarchuck
By Astrronomical

Munch, munch, munch,
It's time for some lunch, lunch, lunch.
Dieter's hungry for some blocks,
We hope he also gets some clocks,
So he can continue on his way
And gather gems with no delay.

If it weren't for those pesky critters,
The wurms are there to give him jitters,
If only a block would fall on their heads,
So Dieter can get completely fed,
And we can get a higher score,
And play Snowmuncher some more!

The Most Exhilarating Neopian Game
By Learning_2_unlearn

Nations from near and far, united,
For few ceremonious days.
Friends and enemies join, antsy,
Regarding such fine sportsmen play.

High in the stands of the grand Colosseum,
Kings and queens do chat
Of rivals, glory, and fame to behold,
illustrious, enthralling combat.

Alas, which team is right to join?
Each Neopian frets,
For bullying, losses, and humiliation
Could lead to great regrets.
Faerieland, for the ethereal,
Or Altador, the host?
Darigan's chants echo their win,
Beware, the time is not now to boast.

The countdown starts
Until the game's afoot!
Players yearning for the trophy, the delight!
The dignity on their names to be put.

The Colosseum is quiet, at least for now,
No roaring crowd to contain.
The Altador Cup is back in time,
The most exhilarating Neopian game.

Into the Inferno
By Sodapopxfizzles

The heat is unbearable,
My muscles ache, but I must never stop,
For stopping would mean failure,
And that I cannot accept.

Balls of fire hurtle toward me;
I can feel their searing warmth as they pass.
The walls are made of flaming rock,
But I must go on.

Time passes, but I know not how long.
My only worry is to keep flying,
To keep flying and not stop,
Never stop,
For stopping means failure.

Over and over,
The rhythmic sound of flapping wings
Rings in my ears,
But I pay it no mind,
I just need to keep flying.

I am aware that this tunnel
With its balls of fire
And its walls of flame
Will never end,
No matter how long I fly.
But knowing that will not stop me,
That knowledge does not concern me,
The only thing I know
Is that I must never stop,
For stopping means failure,
So I go on.

How much longer will I fly here?
In this cavern of fire,
With no end in sight,
How much longer will I last?

It doesn't matter.
None of it matters.
I just need to keep flying.
