AISHA DAY SPECIAL
Beware the Plains Aisha
On journeys long, across the plains,
Stay alert, 'tis not in vain,
Be wary of an Aisha fierce,
Come sun or snow or heavy rain.
Hear the malice-ridden hiss,
A rupture in the quiet mist,
For there belies a warning clear:
This creature will give you no peace.
Watchful eyes trace every step
Travellers take, over the land,
Her home welcomes none to stay,
So move on fast or else regret.
Take heed of her jagged claws
And massive strength of her great paws.
Need I warn you of her fangs?
Or of her forceful mighty jaw?
Think twice before venturing forth,
Within the plains an Aisha plods,
A danger wandering on grassy land,
What adventure could this ever be worth?
Little Imiya tucked into her bed
Without a worry inside of her head,
Peaceful in rest she begins to dream
Of candy she loves, like jelly beans.
Then the dream shifts and turns away,
A nightmare arrives to her disarray,
The Babaas fall fast and coo in a taunt,
Numbers pattern her into a haunt.
Addition, subtraction are simple at first
Until they get harder followed by worse,
Multiply this and divided by that,
Imiya begins to wish she paid attention in Math.
So as she shakes and turns in her bed
The numbers slowly play inside of her head,
Disturbed in rest she begins to dream
Of the answer to thirty times seventeen.
The Robot Aisha
A peculiar little pet
Around Neopia goes.
But there is something about him
That no one else knows.
His eyes? Red and emotionless.
His skin is not quite skin.
He seems more like he's made of
A glimmering shell of tin.
Silvery and shiny,
He gleams in the sunlight,
But within his metal exterior
Something is not right.
He sparks, he clanks, he buzzes,
But none of that is new.
What no one expected was
He has feelings, too.
On the outside he seems tough,
But inside there's much more!
It's not just wires and cables,
A heart's there, that's for sure!
He's longing for acceptance,
Not just to be a machine.
If you'd just get to know him,
I think you'd see what I mean.
The Clever Aishas and Dr. Sloth
Oh, Peeve sailed away
On a bright and sunny day
In a spaceship going far.
As cap'n, she knew what to do,
And her Aisha crew too,
And they set their course by the stars.
Then their ship cried, "Beware!
A ship of Dr. Sloth is out there,
And I think we might be doomed!"
But Peeve kept her cool
Like they taught in Neoschool
And away the Aisha ship zoomed.
With the bounce of a fin,
And a pounce and a spin,
They rocketed round Kreludor.
Peeve gave commands
To her brave Aisha band
And they radioed home for more.
But... "The talkie-line's gone dead!"
One of the Aishas said,
"Oh, captain, what shall we do?"
"Don't worry," and Peeve smiled,
"Just delay Sloth a while.
We'll give him a surprise or two!"
The others equipped brushes,
Their suits and their lunches,
And shot themselves out into space.
They munched as they brushed,
And though the work was rushed,
Of the ship was left no trace.
Cried Peeve, "By a Yurble's beard,
The ship has disappeared --
Invisible brushes: worth the price!
"Now quick, back inside.
Keep the paint off your hides.
Transparent spots aren't so nice."
The ship snuck off without a sound.
Peeve said, "Aisha cookies, all around!"
And they toasted their derring-do.
They continued on their way,
But that must wait another day...
Because now it's bedtime for you.
Silence dwelling in the night,
Pallid stars cast eerie light.
Pets asleep, the hour late,
Sudden noise down by the gate.
Something slipping through the dark,
Blending into night so stark.
Moving with such eerie stealth,
Plan? To capture unearned wealth.
Aisha thieves in gang of ten,
Having slunk from hidden den.
Scaling up the household wall,
Slinking down the empty hall.
Purrow, features in a mask,
Working at his thieving task.
Meesha opens bedroom door,
Stealing while the pets all snore.
Into dining room they creep,
Stolen treasure in a heap.
Purrow climbing up a shelf,
Seizing bounty for himself.
Items piled in heavy sack,
Aishas gather, clothed in black.
They slip away in shadowed night.
Then melt to darkness, out of sight.
