Kanrik the Thief
By Battlesunn

A Gelert of such mystery,
A Neopet of great mystique,
Clad in sweeping cloaks of dark,
Kanrik is a thief.

His eyes are always shifting,
His gaze is never still;
When plundering or stealing,
Kanrik always takes his fill.

Cunning and ruthless,
A danger to the core,
His daring, dangerous exploits
Will live on in Neopian lore.

He's a force to be reckoned with,
A Gelert with a tough outer crust.
He can be an ally or an enemy,
Just don't give him your trust.

He schemes and lies and cheats his way
To the very top.
He's done so many evil things,
But he never has been caught.

So if you find yourself
A victim of this thief,
Look no further than Terror Mountain...
But beware of whom you seek.

The Rainbow Pool
By Polishcutie

Come, young Neopets,
And let me tell thee
About a magical pool,
By the great Money Tree.

Maybe win this as a prize,
Possibly through a duel,
Bring a rare paint brush,
To the Rainbow Pool.

There are many paint brushes,
From plain to very rare,
The Christmas ones are merry,
Halloween gives a scare.

The lucky take these brushes,
The most great and noble tool,
With them and the selected Neopet,
They head towards the Rainbow Pool.

Once there, they select a brush,
And a Neopet too, you see;
Soon, the Neopets look different,
And so very pretty!

So do not shake away magic,
Thinking it is old, not cool,
Though you are very young,
Always, always believe in the Rainbow Pool.

Random Event!
By 14dragonz

Serendipitous occurrences
Randomly pave our fate,
Sculpting our doom, declaring our virtue.
"Something has happened!"
You hear a voice cry,
Hence your future is set before you.
Whether the Pant Devil triumphs,
The Tax Beast howls with greed,
We all have faith for the repayment of our deeds,
And we all have that secret prayer:
"I hope Fyora will grant me..."
Soon an event will occur
That is to your favor,
And you'll be sure to savor
Your prize,
For the narrator of Neopia smiles upon you,
And says, "Something has happened!"

Coltzan
By Bounce257

At the heart of the desert,
Whipped by hot sands of time,
In this empty wasteland,
One thing stood alone,
In a pillar, so exalted:
A spirit entwined with stone.

Its history remains a paradox,
Surrounded by mystery,
Yet Neopets are drawn to its power,
And ask the spirit humbly for aid.
A deep voice commands the world,
The spirits come and fade.

Among the yellow sands,
Glittering is the wealth of stone;
Sustaining food or Neopoints,
Strength, defence, or wind whistling your way--
Such that is your destiny,
Collect it from the spirits, the bounty of your day.

Inscribed within the runes,
This shrine is his eternal home,
Coltzan, he calls himself;
His power creeps across the land,
Greatness at his fingertips,
His spirits lacing with the sand.

A Game of Bilge Dice
By Brooke_43

It's simply a lucky spin,
They almost always say,
Just one doomed die
To facilitate your win.

Well, you'll be the last to see,
Once you take these fellows on,
Go ahead and try to win a game
Against the lucky number three:

A toothy smirk that kills
In more than just one way,
Always a victor is Grimtooth,
And if not, well, you're quite a meal.

Not just anyone can beat somebody insane,
Or "Monty the Mad" as it goes,
You'll witness what I mean
When you lose to him in a quick game.

Possibly just a one-sided battle
With a loss to Deadeye.
How will you ever pay him?
Your pockets have been scrapped down,
Clashing on the floor
With no more than a rattle.

Some come try your luck with Bilge Dice,
What's the nastiest that can happen?
Well, in reality,
It won't be long before you're on thin ice.
