The Snow Faerie

I walk up to her door,
And give a little knock,
I hear the dainty footsteps
That come to click the lock.

The wind is really strong,
And the snow is at my knees,
I see her glassy face,
"May I come in, please?"

The fireplace is warm,
I turn around and say,
"Hello, my friend Snow Faerie!
What can I do today?"

"Well, it's snowing and it's blowing,
And it's far too cold for me,
I'm working on a spell and
I need some things, you see."

"Just tell me what you need,
I'll try my very best,
I love a little challenge
This'll put me to the test!"

I turn around to leave,
And walk towards the door,
But as I'm almost leaving
She speaks a little more.

"I hate to be a bother,
But I must ask one more thing,
I only have an hour till
Those items you must bring."

I step out in the snow,
Get shivers down my spine,
But whatever things may happen
I must get back in time.

It may be freezing cold,
And I may be soaking wet,
But oh I love the Snow Faerie
And those items I must get!!!

Faerie Quests

Of all the faeries of Neopia
There's not one I like the best
Because all of them have certain things
That make them better than the rest!
The water faeries are very kind;
They raise your pet's defense!
The earth faeries will fill your stomach
No matter how big the expense!
The fire faeries raise your strength
In exchange for brand new clothes
And dark faeries improve your health
For models, or toys... or both!
For certain cards, the light faeries
Will raise your level up
The air faeries will give you speed
If you give them makeup!
Last of all; nowhere near least,
I list the Faerie Queen!
Her quests are very difficult
But the reward wil make you scream!
So all in all, I have to say,
If a faerie ever heads your way,
Be sure to take the quest right then
Or they might not offer one again!

Faerie Festival

"It's Faerie Festival!" they say,
A most wonderful, splendiferous type of day.

There's faeries abounding wherever you look
One in the glade and one in that brook.

Faeries are kindest to Neopians today
Giving them boons -- or so they say.

But watch out for Jhudora, for the Three
They're still evil, they're still free

The Darkest Faerie in Maraqua lives still
So keep an eye on your Neopets
While you look your fill.

But evil isn't all; still there's some good.
Illusen's quite merry, Fyora is nice
They both will bless you in a trice.

The Healing Springs faerie is kind and sweet,
Maybe you should bring her a treat?

When you get to know the Snow Faerie
She's quite nice,
If you can stand the cold and the ice.

All of these faeries, and more, you can see
On Faerie Festival day, by land or by sea.

Grey Faerie Haiku

Alone and tearful
Sits the lonely Grey Faerie
Soaked in misery.

Never a smile
Fields darken in her approach,
And grow only stone.

Rain pours down her face
Generated by herself,
Her tears of sadness.

Nothing ever right,
Neopians turn to Grey
In her appearance.

Perched on a wet rock,
The Grey Faerie only waits
For a day of peace.
