CYBUNNY DAY SPECIAL

It's Cybunny Day!
By Voodooruby

It's Cybunny Day, and throughout the land,
The fun and games go hand in hand!
Before the jubilant day is done,
All the Cybunnies will have lots of fun.

There are games to play and food to eat,
Such as carrot cookies... such a treat!
A game such as Gourmet Club Bowling,
Will keep the ball of good times rolling!

For Cybunnies who prefer to fight,
They won't be left out of the light!
For Cap'n Threelegs will train them well,
Making their Battledome abilities quite swell!

Stories and poems will be told and read,
A tear of joy will likely be shed.
Pictures of Cybunnies will grace the walls,
For today does not celebrate Quiguki dolls.

After a day of exciting times,
The night will have ended the playful rhymes,
So until next April, let's say adieu,
To all the fun things we got to do.

Cybunny Warrior
By Parmadur

A Cybunny hopped down the road,
One lovely spring day, with her load:
Dubloons by the score,
A codestone, and more!
"I'll learn how to fight now!" she crowed.

The Training School was her first stop,
'Twas there where she learned how to hop--
Not a simple hop, mind,
But the Battledome kind!
She knew she would get to the top!

The Pirate Academy soon
Had her jumping as high as the moon!
When she hopped up to pay,
The old captain did say,
"It's Cybunny Day, you buffoon!"

So all of that day she did train
For free, until clocks struck again.
Dubloons then she paid,
And a fighter was made!
Now she's not just your regular Jane!

So if you get a challenge from her,
Don't fight unless you're really sure.
This Cybunny maid
Has more than well paid
To not let a soul muss her fur!

The Cybunny Wizard
By Neo_star_queen

If you stop for a drink at the Golden Dubloon,
There are still tales told of the Temple of Roo.
They talk of hidden keys, and shiny gold money,
And of poor old Erick, the wizard Cybunny.

Erick is deranged, crazy they say,
Yet somehow still wise in an interesting way.
He has large pink eyes,
That blink when he's shocked,
And he stutters and pauses whenever he talks.

No one knows for sure
How he got trapped in there,
That Cybunny with stars
On his mane of purple hair.
Some say he's so airheaded
He simply wandered in one day,
And now this is the price
That he must pay.

Others say it's a plot, a conspiracy,
For Erick plans to take over
The Neopian democracy.
They say he's in there planning,
He locked himself in on purpose,
And Erick will stay in there until
He's good and ready to surface.

But most, they say that
The wizard just wanted to know
More about the temple
That was built ages ago.
He was studying when the place
Was attacked by evil creatures,
And now he's stuck with all the beasts
And other unpleasant features.

Buy a few more drinks for the pirates
And they will tell you
That they think Erick is still
Trapped in the Temple of Roo,
Waiting for some
Brave adventurer to rescue him,
By destroying the evil that lies within.

If you are willing to help, courageous and kind,
Erick will have some items for you to find.
A jewel, a gem, and a carved oaken staff,
Give these to him and he will be freed at last.

The pitiful Cybunny, how long
Has he been stuck in here?
"No one knows," reply the pirates,
"Maybe a hundred years."
And Erick shall remain
Behind the temple doors,
Until a heroic pet saves him
(He's on the 1st floor!)

Carrot Crazy
By Flookadoobee

A Cybunny named Bob was out one day
(He was feeling pretty bored)
When he stumbled across a tiny cave--
A secret carrot hoard!

He'd heard about this all along
But now they belonged to him!
He decided to build a carrot-house
(For he had a sudden whim).

His Neohome was now finished,
But he wanted to do some more.
He dressed in orange carrot clothes
Right down to his tiny wee paws!

A carrot carriage, some carrot shoes.
A carrot plushie and ball.
He worked until there was nothing left
For him to make at all!

His mother called him. Dinner time!
But he soon was on the floor.
His mother had served carrot pie!
"No more," he cried, "no more!"

The moral of this poem is,
No matter what it takes,
Too much good stuff can be bad,
So learn from Bob's mistake!

Birth of a Grey Cybunny
By Fallenist

On an overcast day,
In a Random Event way,
I found a droopy brush of Grey,
And set to use it right away!

I grabbed my Cybunny by the ear,
And dropped him off the Rainbow pier!
I tossed the brush in without fear,
And watched it colour my 'bunny dear!

Suddenly as I watched so close,
I saw his face turn quite morose.
From his tail to his Cybunny toes,
From the brush's potent dose!

Instantly he was full of gloom,
Sorrow, sadness, impending doom!
He hastened to his shadowed room,
To make it feel just like a tomb!

My poor Cybunny, ever sad!
At first I felt rather bad,
As regret had made me mad.
But my 'bunny says he's glad,
For, now, he sports the latest fad!
