The Chocolate Factory

Yellow marshmallow with red flag atop,
is the building where I usually stop.
Decorated with jelly laces and purple candy,
the chocolates they sell are deliciously yummy.

Apple sweetie--four in stock,
gummy Quiggles look like little frogs.
Lime Nimmo bites are sour in taste,
the variety they have keeps me amazed!

Haggling is one skill you have to master...
otherwise, shopping will be a total disaster!
Overpaying isn't that wise,
to make a profit you'll have to think twice.

May your pets turn into slugs!
May your crops be devoured by locusts!
My teeth will rot, cursed the shopkeeper,
as I tried to get my stocks cheaper.

Selling chocolates by truckload they may say,
but waiting for good restocks we'll pray.
ErgyFruit jelly beans are SOLD OUT!
Ouch, it's an unbuyable with no doubt!

Grabbing as many candies as I can,
the race against competitors, it has just began.
Oh! There is a dark chocolate Skeith!
Dozen of Neopians have ideas up their sleeves.

Overpaying some wouldn't mind,
just for bargains they will find.
But in the end they will know,
a loss to them is here to woe.

The Battle Faerie

The Battle Faerie waits
For an opponent without fear

Or for one strong enough
To deserve her aid

Mettle and grace
None will succeed

Challenging the Buzzer

I ease my mind.
My thoughts unwind.
I step up to the table.
I exhale slow.
I'm good to go.
I must stay calm and stable.

"I'd like to play,"
Is what I say.
"I am ready to begin."
The Techo nods
And turns the knobs.
And he tells me, "Just say when."

I take the hoop
And start the loop.
My hand's already shaking.
"You can do this,"
I slowly hiss.
The challenge is worth taking.

I ease on down
The wire, brown.
(Or should I say, "wire, black"?)
I move with care.
I'm halfway there!
This time, there's no turning back!

Now come the curves.
I feel my nerves
Are beginning to break up.
Then the Techo,
Oh so mellow,
Says, "Your bonus time is up."

My heartbeat grows.
My tension shows
As sweat glistens on my brow.
I hold my grip.
I must not slip.
I can't lose focus, not now!

I round the bend.
I'm near the end!
I'll succeed in this combat!
I mustn't flinch.
Just one more inch!
I'm almost done and...

BZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!!!

...drat.

It's early morning.
The shadows bend towards the darkness
I stand amongst them
Mourning for my past

Flowers turn to ashes
My tears burn like fiery acid
That open up the gashes
Of my unforgiving hate

Beautiful once
Yet removed from my glory
Heart yearning for the past
My life does make such a story

But I shall cover this up until my last
For they shall not know my secret,
Not yet,
Not now...

As I sit here, I wipe the sweat from my brow
My beauty will live on
I will be free
Someday you shall know how hard it is to be me.

Indecisive Heart:
Battle with the Guardian of Spectral Magic!

Standing in the passage,
My eyes see through the dim.
Standing there before me,
Is a creature ever slim.

One half is bathed in purest dark,
The other in endless light.
A fusion of the dawn and dusk,
A heart of day and night.

My body tenses for a instant,
The fight is now to start!
She glimmers for a moment.
I feel my beating heart.

There, on the far wall I see her!
She blends into thin air,
I fire a blast from my mighty wand,
But am stunned from her vile stare.

Like a wisp she vanishes,
Once again out of my reach.
She reappears above me,
Her lesson she shall teach.

"Oh, noble Lupe you've fought hard,
But hence 'tis not enough!
For with my spectral magic,
Your life I'll quicky snuff!"

Her body glows with power,
Radiating warps in space.
The air darts about with her magic,
Spectres whirring about the place.

"Oh Lupe, prepare to meet your fate!"
She fires her mystic blade.
But the smirk upon her face,
Immediately begins to fade.

A powerful blast from my crystal wand,
Smashes through her clear form.
She crashes to the rocky ground,
Her body rent and torn.

I back away so slowly,
Now that I have won.
But I can't help but wonder,
What turned her heart to none?
