A Neopian Halloween
Evil Lupes howl
Korbats take to flight
Edna's kettle will brew
On this Halloween night
Balthazar will be prowling
The Haunted House is alive
Esophagor's stomach is growling
The Brain Tree will thrive
Fear makes you dizzy
The moon is full
The Pant Devil's busy
So's Monocerous the bull
It's the scariest you've seen
So keep your pets close at hand
Have a happy Halloween
In the Neopian land
Deep in the lair of the Neo-Staff
The staff members slave away
To put out a whole mess of stuff
And release it on Halloween Day.
New pictures, poems, and spooky sites
And new colors for your pets
NeoGreetings too, but it doesn't end here,
There's plenty more to come yet.
Sure, maybe the ghost pets freak me out
and the Halloween Wocky is sort of wierd.
Those Petpets are watching me...
Does that Buzz have a beard???
Despite all this, I can still say
I'll be having lots of fun
With great news things, it's safe to say
This Neoween will be a great one.
Trick or Treat!
The bells of my NeoHome rang.
I went to get candy in a bag.
I pick up my keys,
Tell Clop to stay still,
And wait to hear those words again:
"Trick or Treat!"
Says a crowd
Of young little guys.
As tired as I am,
I still have to smile.
I wouldn't like pets
To get scared of my face.
They hold cute, little bags
Filled with candy bars,
And as I give them some more,
I look at their clothes.
A Bruce at the right,
As blue as the sky,
Has a medal 'round his neck
And no bow, that's strange!
As Brucey B!"
The pet grins proudly,
I was right! Great!
A JubJub looks
Like a pumpkin...
Wait a minute!
"You got painted Halloween!"
A Cybunny has wings
And an outfit made of leaves.
Hold on, leaves?
"And you're the Earth Faerie!
There were still more pets,
Though I could not look at them.
They were hurried along
To other homes.
Now I think of tomorrow,
When my pets wake up.
After all those sweets
They might get sick!
Better go to Faerieland,
Not just for the stores;
Also for the Water Faerie,
To cure all four.
Beware the Halloween Petpets
The Halloween Petpets are a frightening bunch
On your Halloween candy they'll be sure to munch
When you're not looking they'll scream "Boo!"
If you're not careful they will scare you
The Slorg and Sludgy are two of a kind
They'll leave a slimy trail behind
when you turn around,
the Ghostkerchief will be there
Giving you a terrible scare
You hear a smack, you turn around
Another wall to bump into,
the Clompkin has found
The Pwerko grunts, the Furwitches will flee
For all they want is Edna's candy
But candy is not always yummy
The Candy Vampire will scare your mummy
The Meowclops sees all, but doesn't know
What to do with it, or where to go
The Baraga is the monster under your bed
Waiting to scare you, when night has set
A Snorlkin you must not chase
From sight itself it will erase
The Snomorg, though frightening,
is quite the loyal friend
It'll stay right by, and haunt you,
until the very end
A Bloop is just a measly blob,
but do not underestimate
A mix using an ink blob,
can lead to something great
despite their name,
are really quite cute
They'll try so very hard,
to steal your Halloween loot
The Psimouse will stare at you
with all of its three eyes
How frightening he truly is
will come as a surprise
The Gremble, Ghoulbee, and Bearog
are quite the scary sight
They're looking for an owner's love
despite their looks of fright
So lock your doors and windows,
or the Halloween Petpets will invade
Be on guard, beware,
Be very, VERY Afraid!!!
The Tale of the Ghost Lupe
A tragic story I am obliged to tell
Of a Lupe knight who was
known through the lands extremely well
He met his fate on the shore
of the Island of Mystery
Surely he will be entered
into the annals of history.
This Lupe was once a brave knight.
All knew of his awesome might.
His figure was handsome
and his heart was true
The hearts of ladies he captured
were indeed quite a few.
But there was one whom he loved in return
There care was a fire that always did burn.
While sailing the seas they encountered a storm
And were cast on an island
with a temperature tropically warm.
They soon learned that the natives
were loud and fierce
Defending his wife,
the Lupe tenfold was pierced.
Blood mixed with blood,
the Lupe and his bride were killed
But it was impossible to suppress
one so strong-willed.
For the spirit of the Lupe was doomed to roam
To seek revenge upon
those who took him from his home.
He wanders the land
and seeking revenge upon all
Not just those who made him
and his wife on that day fall.
So beware of the one,
although it may just be a ghost
His anger is fierce, more so than most
For that day, what was taken from him
with a stab and a whoop
Has caused him to roam
as the terrible Ghost Lupe
