Chocolate Chia Day Special
Curiously a Chia
by baiuki
Chia come in many shapes and sizes,
Many of whom appear what they are not.
Disguises a plenty, and foods are many
For this a favorite pet.
Though small, a pea can be a hero,
While long, a carrot your friend.
There's nothing a food-shaped Chia can't do
(Just don't ask a Lupe to that end.)
For this pet, we celebrate
And cheer their style!
The most varied among all for their proportions.
No matter in what form, a Chia is a Chia --
As a fruit, a vegetable, an anemone or other,
The sky is the limit, Neopia the start
We look to you this day, and every 'pet say:
Happy Chia Day!

Chias of Nox
by parody_ham
Dare you enter Nox’s Tower
Twisting, turning, filled with power
Chias aplenty to halt your climb
And make for yourself a difficult time
Heart of Nox, swordsman of the four
Battling them is such a chore
With focus to make your damage sink
Consider them easy? You’ll have to rethink
Nox Guardian, the infallible shield
Within their hand a lance to wield
Strike if you must through barrier strong
Wall of chaos, its reach is long
Hand of Nox, the merciless mage
With limitless power and eyes full of rage
A flick of his wrist and you’ll see in a flash
How Obliterate feels, the magical lash
Eye of Nox, the monk of the crew
Has tricks up his sleeves to see his team through
With barriers sturdy he evades and protects
As sword and magic he reflects
Atop the tower, cackling cruel
Surrounds you with menace in a duel
Hubrid Nox, keeper of the Fort
Won’t back down with a witty retort
Chias of Nox, the terrible crew
Opponents of mystery if you pursue
The cause of the sun’s eternal gaze
O’er Haunted Woods, land of misty haze

Color Your Chia!
by midnightsmores
Ummagine, Plum, Carrot, and Lemon
Not to be confused with some kind of melon
Gooseberry, Strawberry, Pineapple too
Chias make great fruits, just to name a few
Aguenna, Chokato, Aubergine, and Blueberry
If you're not into fruit, there's always Faerie!
Asparagus and Apple are also an option
Quick! Find a Chia up for adoption!
Custard, Chocolate, looking like a snack
Maraquan with a lovely shade of lilac
So many choices to paint your Chia
We're halfway done to give you an idea
Christmas, Halloween, every holiday
You can even match your mood with a little Grey
Disco, Plushie, and Relic are there
Every colour of the Rainbow is avaliable, I swear!
Celebrate your Chia, with whatever paint you choose!
When you have a Chia, you can never lose!

The Jolly Juggler Chias
by miraday
Roo Island rumbles— a giant Mutant Chia
Materializes and immediately jeopardizes
Jolly and Olly’s peace by spiriting their
Sister up a beanstalk climbing to the sky.
Olly is purple like the purplum plants,
Meanwhile Jolly is green like vines.
Their ascent into the cloudy kingdom
Entails purple and green surprises.
They carry the legacy of Chia Bombers,
Launching ranged attacks against foes:
Purple ones handled by Olly’s lasers,
And green smashed by Jolly’s rows.
The Slorgs are just docile obstacles,
While the Tennas are tenable enemies.
The Drackonacks race like missiles,
Stopped by Jolly and Olly’s specialities.
The clouds themselves are a maze,
So Roo Island becomes a dot below.
Jolly and Olly thus leap in tandem like
Two peas in a pod: a perfect combo.
They launch mindful shots as needed,
Careful with their supply of ammo.
They manoeuvre for fruits and shields
As they climb up the cloudy plateau.
At the summit, their tactics kick in:
Jolly and Olly take turns attacking
The Mutant Chia whose stark colours
Are purple and green oscillating.
Once defeated, Jolly and Olly help
Their sister out of vines overgrown.
The Chias are reunited! Overjoyed,
They start their descent back home.

A Bowl of Chias
by she_chose_love
A bowl of fruits
was sitting on the table.
Giggling could be heard,
but there was no one in sight.
How strange indeed,
who could it be?
The giggles echoed,
through the entire Neohome.
But the home was empty,
not a Neopet in sight.
Yet the giggles grew louder,
with the occasional squeal and whee!
Did that apple in the bowl of fruits,
just blink at me?
That lime looked like it moved,
how could that be?
The bowl of fruits looks alive,
but there is no way.
Unless perhaps,
the bowl isn’t filled with fruits at all.
But Chias instead,
painted in the rarest colours of all.
Yes, that has to be it.
A bowl of Fruit Chias sits on the table,
patiently awaiting Chia Day!

My Chocolate Chia
by thabos
Chia day, chia day, it is finally here
A gift is only right for my chia, my dear
Maybe a toy car, something he can steer
Perhaps a battledome weapon, a fancy spear!
Although he is chocolate, so I’m sure he’d love a sweet
A cheesecake, a biscuit, one of his favourite treats!
No, I’m feeling generous, he’d love some fresh meat
Salmon steak and slorg potatoes, his favourite meal to eat!
I cannot choose just one, my chia deserves them all
It is Chia day, he shall receive gifts both big and small!
Some new clothes are in order, waiting in the NC Mall
And we shall end by playing his favourite game, Gormball

Ode to the Apple Chia
by jackie247
Round and shiny and a lovely shade of green
The prettiest fruit you’ve ever seen
With a big smile, a leaf, and a stem
The Apple Chia is your new best friend
They came from a magical pop
After just one bite, they couldn’t stop
Chomp, chomp, chomp until the pop was gone
Then the Apple Chia took form
They can be sour or they can be sweet
Either way, you’re in for a fantastic treat
Adopt one today and then you’ll say
“Have a happy Chia Day!”

The Ubiquitous Chia
by friends_rock2135
Can you taste?
Succulent burgers that sizzle
Gorgeous cakes with the perfect drizzle
Prepared fresh daily for a delightful nibble
The Neopian Fresh Foods Shopkeeper
Can you smell?
Aromatic midsummer roses
Freshly mowed grass that encloses
Cared for in the midst of friendly proses
The Chia Palace Gardeners
Can you hear?
Sound of analytic minds critiquing
Neopoints in your stock portfolio clinking
Monitored day and night by eyes unblinking
Nigel the Neodaq Stockbroker
Can you see?
A red nose oh so bright
A crooked grin the bearer of such fright
Braced for never-ending battledome fights
The Chia Clown
Can you feel?
Velvety satin upon its cape
Despair from the prospect of no escape
Strengthened despite its minuscule shape
The Super Attack Pea Chia
Chias, Chias are all over the Neopia census
They no doubt bombard your five senses!

Igloo Garage Sale
by hellsangel305
[Mika]
It’s been years since we’ve thought of retiring
but our sales numbers aren’t very inspiring.
Surely we can come up with a better plan,
or we’ll never make it to Mystery Island!
[Carassa]
I admit, business has been a bit slow.
But just look at all of this ice and snow!
Customers must trudge many bitter miles
and our stock is mostly junk and floor tiles.
[Mika]
We have plenty of valuable items—
you just need to know where to find them!
Our humble igloo may feel cosy and small,
but our storage space is two storeys tall!
[Carassa]
I’ll go up on a ladder and throw down some stuff;
you can catch it if you move quickly enough.
We’ve got dubloons and potions and striped chia pops,
I’m trusting you not to let anything drop!
[Mika]
Maybe you shouldn’t throw things that are fragile;
I’ve told you before, I’m not THAT agile!
Why am I the one doing the running around,
slipping and sliding on the ice-covered ground?
[Carassa]
It must be done, there’s so much stuff up here,
if I brought it down gently, it would take me all year!
We agreed our accounts need to get out of the red,
Whoops! That was a piano! Please watch your head!
[Mika]
It’s not fun and games, I think we should stop.
Does it really matter how fast we restock our shop?
Who needs an island if you have an igloo?
I quite enjoy living here, after all...don’t you?

Chia Stamp Shopkeeper
by kiwigoddesskimmie
Do you have any rare stamps to sell us?
We want an album to make our friends jealous
Hide them in a postbox
So nobody talks
And we'll pretend to leave sad and not zealous!
I don't intend to be dashing your hopes
but I sell no boxes or even envelopes
Just one shelf and my lamps
To show off rare stamps
bought so quickly that everyone else mopes!
I see you want in on the stamp collecting
I've sold stamps for years, pardon my objecting
I give equal chance
So no sneaking stamps
I may be old, but I am not unsuspecting!
