Holy wow! I've just acquired
A prehistoric shade.
This color is all I desired;
Few Neopoints I paid.

Now I need a precious friend—
A petpet matching me.
Which pals shall please me to no end?
Let's rush over and see!

The Stego doesn't suit my taste,
And neither does the Rock,
But then I grab my choice in haste-
A sweet, authentic Krawk!

This Tyrannian prize is grand!
My heart has clearly sung.
We tread over the grassy land
While dodging piles of dung!

My owner says it's super rare.
"A profit it will bring."
I reply that I don't care
As I run, jump, and sing!

My sister states that it can grow
Into a Neopet.
I tell her that I won't go
For one more sibling yet!

My Krawk and I enjoy our days.
Terrific times we share.
No quandary shall leave us fazed—
We're such a precious pair.

I had a dubloon in my hand
when I hit the salty shore
I bustled down the boulevards
until I spied that well-worn door.

“The Academy,” did say the sign
above the door well-worn.
Anticipation tingled through my toes
that warm Krawk Island morn.

That sly eyrie clasped his cutlass,
a twinkle in his eye.
“Yer looking’ weak,” he cackled;
I clenched my fists for my reply.

I spent four hours in those halls;
I stumbled out strained and sore.
And I returned again that afternoon,
holding a dubloon once more.

Today is a special day,
a holiday that comes once each year.
It is a day filled with celebrations and fun,
a day full of cheer.

Today is the day that we celebrate,
one of Neopia's rarest gems.
A special species who has their own island,
and travels in packs of tens.

That's right,
you've guessed it.
Today we celebrate Krawks,
a very loyal species full of wit.

Happy Krawk Day Neopia,

Krawk Claw Polish

I've always thought the Krawk to be
Ferocious, fierce and strong.
I thought it savage, wild and keen.
This Polish proved me wrong!

Apparently the Krawk can be
Obsessed with beauty too!
I love this Polish, meant for claws.
It's such a lovely hue!

It sparkles with an emerald sheen.
It's glamorous, divine.
The Krawk deserves this gorgeous thing,

Governor Gavril McGill

Governor Gavril McGill
Has a remarkable tale of thrill.
He'll tell you his story
of discovering the territory,
And how his position he came to fill.

It starts one day on the sea,
Gavril, off in his boat on a spree.
Mysterious tentacles extended,
And Krawk Island, undefended,
Disappeared - that is, ceased to be!

Gavril returned, sailing through the foam,
Searching for the isle he called home.
All he found was a hut,
Not even one coconut!
The Krawk, confused, scratched his dome.

"Where could Krawk Island have gone?
This is such a strange phenomenon.
I'll start up a search,
So we're not stuck in the lurch,
And can reclaim the land we live on!"

Gavril McGill took the lead
On crafting a plan to proceed.
Pirates of all kinds
Came together to find
The land where they could safely live by their creed.

Gavril gave each matey a chart
And they searched the ocean to find any part.
When they found an islet,
They were to retrieve it,
And bring it back to Krawk Island - how smart!

With all the islets they had collected,
The team was able to get them reconnected.
Krawk Island was repaired
Due to the effort Gavril chaired.
For his service, to the governorship he was elected.

Gavril himself may not be the most honorable
But his achievements are certainly admirable.
The island that vanished
Had been reestablished
And now is becoming quite profitable!

Governor Gavril McGill
Had found a purpose to fill.
Now he's a leader
of pirates and thievers.
And if adventure knocks again, he knows the drill!
