Moehog Day By Ticketytock2kay

The warm sun rose above the hills of the city
And the Neopians awoke, feeling quite giddy
It was Moehog Day at last!
All the long waiting days had finally passed!
Squealing, all the Moehogs ran to and fro
In the city square; three hours ago!
Delicious new cakes, made by the Breadmaster
Surely no one could have baked them any faster!
Shiny new weapons gleaming in the windows
Specially designed for Moehogs, do you suppose?
Books about Moehogs stacked in the shelves
How many are there? I think there are twelve!
Free training thanks to kind old Cap'n Threelegs
Good news for the poor ones;
You don't have to beg!
New colours for Moehogs, like Robot and Stone!
Head over to the Art Centre, you aren't alone!
Pictures of Moehogs spread over the walls
Even some poetry, let's read it aloud!
This is my wish for all Moehogs today:
Have A Very Happy Moehog Day!

Meuka By I_luv_abs_n_ritch

There on the path he lies,
As the terrified Chia cries.
And then his avid, dark eyes gaze,
He stumbles up in a daze.
Who dare make this piece of art?
Dare make his evil centred heart?

His skin a glowing, acid sea,
Rooted there, watching thee.
He shows that ever-dreaded grin,
All fear his unknown kith and kin.
On those stubby toes he stands,
His clenched paws, his creature hands.

He prowls through the Haunted Wood,
Crooning louder than the devil could.
But that poor Neopet who wandered astray,
Will never see another day.
So you better stay with me,
Or you will be Meuka's tea!

Moehog Day By Polayo

Whispers slip among the streets...
What will happen?
Questions go from ear to ear...
What will happen?

Moehog pie?
I hope not - please no!
Moehog plushies?
Yes, please, do so!

Whispers slip among the streets...
What will happen?
Questions go from ear to ear...
What will happen?

And finally, Moehog Day Eve arrives
On the news page, they say
The words that make it hard to wait
"Send in your Moehog related things today!"

Whispers slip among the streets...
What will happen?
Questions go from ear to ear...
What will happen?

When the first sun rises
You're out of bed
With hopes in your hearts
And dreams in your head

Whispers slip among the streets...
What will happen?
Questions go from ear to ear...
What will happen?

But you never expect what they give you -
It's always better than you've hoped!
New colors to paint, new items to use
New crazes to follow and not look like a dope

Whispers slip no longer among the streets...
You know what's happened!
Questions go from ear to ear...
Did you think this would've happened?

Cheers explode, and hearts rejoice
Moehog Day is here!
A whole year of waiting, it's finally come
No more dreaming from ear to ear

Whispers slip no longer among the streets...
You know what's happened!
Questions go from ear to ear...
Did you think this would've happened?

Nothing, nothing can go wrong
Moehog day is perfect - yay!
Music plays, and presents are given...
It is finally Moehog Day

Monocerous By Recent_angel

Where no beams of sunlight stray
And vines twist in a menacing way
In a cave so dark and deep
Where slimy creatures slowly creep
Upon a rancid bed of dung
Beneath where jagged rocks are hung
And dark shadowed bats squeal in chorus...
Beware the Monocerous

He bears four horns dark with might
That charge readily through the night
His eyes shine red with evil hate
That help decide a creature's fate
His fur is matted thick with waste
That displays his awful taste
He wanders fearlessly through the forest
Beware the Monocerous

Its bellow can freeze one's limb
And heartlessly make one's mind go dim
Although this creature is so strong
And that it does so much wrong
There is still one creature immune to it
That can avoid its awful hits
The JubJub that is so timid and small
Is not affected by the Monocerous's call
Others, Beware the Monocerous

So when the forest seems too quiet
And no light rays drift through it
When the forest is dark as night
You are sure to behold a fearsome sight
When this monster is out to roam
Make sure you are in your home...
Beware the Monocerous.

Moehog History By Btrfly359

There once was a Moehog named Joe,
Who stood up to the greatest foe,
This fiend was a Skeith,
His name by chance was Keith,
From the hog received a great big blow.

Before this Moehogs were treated bad,
From dawn until dusk
They were overworked and sad.
But then Joe came along,
Moehogs burst into song,
Joe was from then on a king not a lad!

So Moehogs were slaves no more,
They had fun, life was not a great bore,
And from then to this day,
Moehogs love fun and play,
All relaxed and no longer hurt and sore!!!
