Valentine's Day is here,
and now it's time to celebrate it,
where pink is everywhere, but don't worry!
It's not because of a Meepit!

The air is filled with affection
and gifts are all shaped in hearts.
Chocolate and candy are eaten
with tastes so sweet and tart.

Hearts are decorating everything,
being the universal sign of the holiday,
raining from the sky like confetti
on this lovely pink day.

Show that someone special you care
on this romantic holiday;
surprise them with presents as you tell them
Happy Valentine's Day!

So, gather your Mysterious Valentines Cards
And wear pink avatars with pride.
The amorous holiday is here!
Just let the anti-valentine folks stay inside.

Torn Valentine's Day Card

I often look at this sad thing
And wonder why it's ripped.
It's pink, festooned with big red hearts,
But sadly cut and snipped.

So large and generous in size,
It's nearly one foot long.
The giver obviously felt
Emotions that were strong.

So, why did the receiver tear
This lovely fuchsia card?
What made this person think that it
Was something to discard?

I think and think, and can't conclude
Just why they'd shred this gift,
For valentines are precious and
Each card's meant to uplift.

I hold the card aloft and smile.
I get some tape and glue.
I patch this Valentine's Day Card.
It's now looks whole and new.

The insides are bereft of words.
I write a heartfelt rhyme.
I send the card to my dear friend,
With love that is sublime.

So, this was me this Valentine's!
This holiday's great fun!
I hope you send some heartfelt cards.
Your fun has just begun!

My Festive Vintage Valentine Swing

Sitting on my soft Valentine swing
always makes me think of the spring.
Especially during those winter days
when everyone's in a shivering phase.

Its flowers stay in bloom all year,
as if it's inside a warming sphere.
I never need a coat when it's near,
and the reason for this is unclear.

All I know is that it's enchanting,
so, it has wishes it'll be granting.
But it is only for Valentine's Day,
which may come across a tad cliche.

Though it is for real I promise you,
this is one swing you cannot outdo.
Sometimes I wonder if it's a dream,
that is rich with hearts and steam.

Because my swing is a real miracle,
please don't see this as satirical.

if you see it from my point of view.

Guardians Of Untouchable Treasure

As certain as the rise and fall
Of Myst'ry Isle's faithful tides,
On the most love-filled day of all
A thief slips past the beast, inside
The Snowager's most spacious cave. 
As such, the trinkets pink and red
(Worth much in gold) are stol'n by knaves.
The Snowager's high treasure bed
Cries out and begs the worm to rest.
The Snowager resists, but fails --
It's living, after all. Its best
Efforts are not enough. Its tail
Curls in exhaustion and with dread.
Its eyes slide shut, longing to guard
Possessions, lying still as dead.
So silent with no toy or card
Being taken, it jerks awake,
Bewildered that its hoard is sound.
"Oh, rest assured... there's no mistake."
The Snowager jumps, turns around
To see the purple Plague Serpent.
"I made sure no one stole from you.
'F one loves another, something's spent
Or sacrificed to make it true."
The ice worm's eyes fly open wide.
"You left your swamp untended and 
Lost sleep?" the serpent starts to chide.
"Of course! The time was close at hand
For the slimy sort to stop by!"
The heart of ice did sway and thaw,
So moved by Kastraliss's cry,
The Snowager just lay in awe.
"If you need me I'll do the same."
The ice worm bobs its head. "Thank you."
That Valentine's Day, hoarders proved 
That giving friendships do hold true.

The Valentine's Plushies

Deep within the toy shop
Lies a forgotten little box
In a quiet, neglected corner,
Covered with rags and socks.

The dust is thick upon it,
This box that's been forgot,
As though the toys inside have been
Really left to rot.

A year ago they taped it up
And sealed away the toys
That dwell within this little place,
Without any light or noise.

But today the box is hunted,
They search both high and low,
Looking for this dusty box...
Wherever did it go?

Until, at last, they find it
And give a happy shout,
It's time again to open it
And let all the toys come out.

Upon the shelf they set them,
These plushies -- pink and red,
Making quite a scene
In a special Valentine spread.

And every toy is hoping
That this year they will be bought,
So they don't return to the cardboard box
That makes them feel distraught.

For, only once a year
Are these nice toys in demand,
When a Valentine would like to give
A gift that's very grand.

Valentine's Day On Kreludor

While ‘pets all tread Neopia
with hearts filled up with love,
the Grundos of Kreludor
play in the skies above.

They write love notes all in the dirt
and find rocks shaped in hearts;
Drag over bits of red debris
for massive work of art. 

Once stones are laid, they go to paint
with love's most rosy hues. 
Also, mix in purple, spring,
and deepest oceans' blues. 

Finally, their work is done.
They call their friends below. 
Neopians look up to see
Grundos' surprise to show. 

The moon's ablaze with heav'nly art!
Such fabulous array!
And in the midst of hearts, it says:
"Happy Valentine's Day!"

A Valentine Gesture

Awaiting inside my mailbox,
A Mysterious Valentine Card,
Gifted to me by someone
Who sent all his regard.
On the front of the envelope,
Written only just my name,
Without a secret admirer
Valentine's won’t be the same! 

Peeking inside, it reads,
"Please, be my valentine!"
I love you very much
So, will you be mine? 
Never been happier in my life --
I turned all warm and gooey inside.
Who knew something so simple
Can make love feel so divine?

No other gifts are needed,
I got the best one so far:
A love that is everlasting,
Plus a lovely new sidebar.
Although there was no signature,
Uneven handwriting, all out of line
Can only belong to one culprit --
The precious 'pet of mine! 

I must return this valentine gesture
With all the love in my heart: 
A card, a gift, a bouquet of flowers
Are all wonderful ways to start. 
I urge you all to go and find
Everyone you love and hold dear,
Even with just a box of chocolate,
Your feelings will be loud and clear!

It's Valentine's Day, and I am alone.
It's just me and my owner, sitting at home.
Oh, how she tried to cheer me up
With gifts of candy, toys, and love.

She took me to Roo island to ride all the rides.
She thought that maybe I'd have a good time.
On the Merry-Go- Round
I was sick from the start,
But not to my stomach, I was sick to my heart.

But then, something happened
That hadn't been planned.
Somebody sent me a Valentine's gram!

And now I wear my sweater with love,
I sleep with it at night,
I can't hug it enough.

I realized now these things don't matter,
and I learned my lesson like a good Grarrl should.
Maybe I didn't have a Valentine,
